It’s interesting how the messages come to us from those we love who have passed on. Having had my own experiences of this from when my dad passed, I now believe where I had doubted before. It took the pain to open to the possibility. That was my path to believing life continues in another dimension that we only have limited access to. The key for me has been staying open to that possibility. Thank you both for sharing your experiences.

Yes, the depth of our sadness/grief is the depth of our love & connection to that person.
The Best 55 min time i have ever spent!! Its so deep talk that we have to do now and then but we don't want to waste our time on it. I pity myself for watching all those trash videos available on UA-cam till date.

Because this "knowing" is not manifested in your mind.
It is realized through intuition and perception, like artistic creativity.

It's all a mystery... indeed!
I listened to many non dual youtube videos for years, simply searching for someone who was having an experience similar to my experience. Non duality was the closest I found but it was not at all the same. I made a video to share my experience of no self. And when I say no self I mean I see no individuals anywhere I look. For anyone that is interested, here's the link to the youtube video: Most similar to non duality but really nothing like it.
if it is unconscious, how do you know about it?
If there is nothing to know since everything is nothing and its all energy, then why is there a so-called me looking for something. There is nothing to find. This is simply everything which is complete. The search is over.
