20 MIN FOLLOW ALONG BEGINNER HOME WORKOUT

- workout details below!
Do 2 rounds of below Exercises:
-Do 30 seconds to 1 minute of rest in between each exercise. If able to, do active rest like skipping.
-Add weights to make exercises harder, increase # of rounds, and/or increase reps.
-Keep core engaged during exercises. Don't forget to breathe through exercises (don't hold your breath).
1. Glute Bridges (either 2 legs on floor or raise 1 leg at a time)
2. Pushups or plank
3. Reverse Lunges (either static or alternate legs)
4. Squats
5. Tricep dips
Optional cardio:
- high knees
- squat jumps or squat reaches
- mountain climbers
- burpee
- jogging in place

You are right about the tricep dips too! A few years back that exercise really helped minimize my "bingo wings".

These are only a beginner friendly if you are not overweight
Not everyone who wants to workout is overweight though?
I'm overweight and will give it a try...yes it might be trickier to do.. But let's give it a go!
Lower the intensity, don't jump, or take longer rests. These are actually good beginner moves. If there is an exercise that doesn't work, don't do it for now. You can do it!
I’m sorry to break it to you but this is a beginner workout! You can do it just try it and rest in between
there's always a away to make it easier.. drop down to your knees for pushups or use an elevated surface instead.. or hold a plank for as long as you can.. plank on your knees. Hold onto something for balance with squats or lunges.. for glute bridges you can perform fire hydrants instead if you find it easier being on all fours than on your back. For tricep dips bring your feet really close to the chair and start at the top then slowly go down.. rest and repeat instead of doing full reps. I tried my best during the workout to give options its just difficult to look up at the screen and watch if you're actually following the workout so next time i will take that into consideration to make it an easier viewing experience! x

I blv if you stop blaming your adhd for everything, you will get better at coping with it. Told by my psychiatrist about my OCD.

Try wall pushups or an elevated surface
This is a very beginner workout, but it appears you’re foundation level.
The shape of an arm is far better shown than the shape of the self righteous heart.
