I know I mentioned this when you talked about it on Facebook, but at the Midwest Gaming Classic this year, I grabbed a FAT STACK of disc-only PS1, PS2, GC, OGXbox, etc, games for a song. It's bonkers how cheap that stuff is now. Definitely worth collecting.
PS2 have some of the best compilation discs out there. That's one reason I still have mine, for the Capcom Classics Collection 1 and 2 alone...so damn good! Great episode man.
Marvel Ultimate Alliance used to be my go to multiplayer game. I love that it has so many characters to unlock, and they all have several costume choices.
ROTK is great - love the 3 paths concept, and some of the behind the scenes unlockables. If I might make some suggestions - There's a Fellowship of the Ring game that's based on the books, LOTR: The Third Age (basically a FFX clone with LOTR skin), Frequency and Amplitude (if you're into rhythm games), and either of the Katamari titles (although they're closer to the top end of that $15 threshold, possibly higher)
I've been meaning to bust out the ps2 it has been awhile. That contra was brutal hard but super fun. Loved the Lord of the Rings games. Never got a chance to play Marvel Ultimate Alliance I had a blast with the X-Men Legends series.
One thing about Return of the King, it had scenes from the movie that weren’t actually in the theater release of the movie. I thought that was kinda cool and got my more pumped for the special edition. I honestly believe the PS2 market is about to go up. It seems like a few people(myself include) I know are starting to jump onto the PS2 craze. I’m not collecting it but there a bunch of gems out there for the console that I wasn’t aware of and they are cheap
It's a great time to buy awesome games of that generation for really cheap. I'm starting to collect for the original Xbox, a amazing console that no one care for.
Neo contra is also very good and less than $10 Klonoa 2, Raiden III, and Taito legens 1 & 2 are some more great inexpensive games Alot of the Rpgs and platformers don't cost much either
I played Ultimate Alliance years ago and I recall beating it..fun games in that series. Front Mission 4 looks interesting. I love the cover art...I just wish the game itself, visually, wasn't so bland looking. Needs more color.

Sorry for the nitpick, but Champions of Norrath is about 15$ loose and a little more than that CIB on both gamevaluenow and pricecharting. Nevertheless, great video.
BTW, the fact my local gamestore sell most PS2 games 6,50$CAD (about 5$ USD) and most PS3 games 8,50$CAD (about 6,50$ USD) is a godsend. The same PS2 games for the GameCube are almost always at least double that price. They overcharge A LOT of things. Hell, even their Wii games are overpriced (because of the Nintendo branding).
Honestly I just used what I paid for them as sources. I looked on ebay to see what some of them were going for, and compared them on Price charting, but I got some good deals. Champions I DEFINITELY only paid $15 because I remember not wanting to pay $20+ for it that some vendors were selling it for. And yeah, I see the Gamecube markup a lot. I think it's just because it's a Nintendo system and that there are fewer copies.

Other arguments I've heard (that I don't necessarily agree with): - the GameCube version is often the "definitive" version or at least the PS2 has the weakest version hence the discount. (if it was true, then why Xbox games are cheap too) - the Wii sold massively, so people still has a cheap and easy way to play GameCube games (true, but the PS2 outsold the Wii) - Nintendo does not have a virtual market for Gamecube games (true, but Sony PS2 classics on PSN are not that great either and popular games on the Virtual console still sell high on the used market)

Plus I have to pay a 14,975% tax rate because I live in Quebec. Then if i buy online, I'm going to double that cost in shipping because places like lukiegames make canadians pay the same thing as international clients (which is moronic).
Brasel, what is your best catch (deal) for the PS2? Mine happened last month; I got Haunting Ground CIB in good condition for 10$CAD from a local seller on facebook.

I haven’t picked up a PS2 game in ages. Might need to keep an eye out for some of these hidden gems.

Yeah, it's quite tan/grey, but the character portraits look pretty good. I completely see where you're getting at though.

Just using my Elgato with PS2 Component Cables. It's the older model Elgato though, the Game Capture HD rather than that HD60 that's around now.
Automodellista problem is the controls made the game so much worse,the cars controls like there in ice lol.
