  • Using freshly roasted blend of Ethiopian, Congo, and Tanzinian beans, ground with a Baratza Encore.

    Two very important ingredients are fresh (under 2 weeks old) medium dark roasted African beans (Ethiopia and or Tanzania), and a good grinder (I use the Baratza Encore). The water tank just had to have enough water in it to pull a shot.

    How did you get the lovely crema colour for your espresso? I have just bought this machine eBay.
    This might seem a silly question but how much water should you have in resovoir to make a shot of espresso?
