The holy mountain refers to Mount Ararat which is considered holy to the Armenians because it is where Noah’s arc allegedly landed after the flood.
And even though Mount Ararat is a symbol for the Armenian people, it now lies in Turkey due to circumstances that proceeded the Armenian genocide which tragically occurred from 1891 to 1921.
