    Fiber is so underrated. It is probably the best overlooked "superfood". It makes you slimmer, it balances hormones because, cleanses your colon, it keeps you satisfied. May be the most important thing in the diet, and it's missing in so many modern foods. Add oatmeal to all the things!

    Eating oatmeal with fruit, nuts and seeds in the morning is such a game changer because it prevents me from having cravings later on, it's a filling meal and sets a good example for the day.
    When I want to eat cheese or pasta later on I do, but I eat them with greens and a healthy protein source. when I want sweets I eat them - but I try not to overinduldge. Add a little bit of exercise every day and you're good to go. It's not about restriction but about something you can stick to long term.

Well, I could not believe it, after about 4 days he was a different animal! He is now a happy frisky cat, using his litter box, it's like he's a kitten again! I know how food affects my gut. I Have been gluten free for 2 medical conditions. One medical condition since I was a child, and another medical issue since I was a teen. Since I started being gluten free ( 1970’s)I’d never felt so damn good. I also have a tree nut allergy, and egg allergy. I eat a lot of fresh Vegetables and fruit, and a protein with a small carb. I eat very little processed food. I had to see a different doc, so I filled out the form, and when the nurse took my paperwork, she said I didn’t list the medications. I said I don’t take any medications, she was shocked! She asked “none at all?” I said if I have a bad headache I may take an oc like Tylenol. Then I see the doc, he says the same thing, I hadn’t listed my meds, I told him the same thing, he said “ women your age take medications” I said “ medications are for people who need them” and I left.

      dunno if you like cooking, but that burger is juicy, meaty (without meat) and healthy :D I'd say give it a try ;)

      but not too much, bc I experience Panic Attack after 13 years of drinking coffee (cafe latte), In the past I drank 1-2 cups every day. I cut down for 3 months, I could see my nervous system got better and better. I also add magnesium to help me reduce my anxiety disorder. Btw I don't have any depression/anxiety disorder genetic related in my fam history. Now I only drink cafe latte/flat white on weekend (1 cup on Sat, 1 cup on Sunday). Everyone has a different tolerance I guess. When you have gastric after drinking/eating some stuff, listen to your body, and try to cut it/them down.

    • @angelanovita87
      @angelanovita87 3 роки тому

      I often buy from Starbucks or other cafes that sell cafe latte and friends. Occasionally instant cafe latte. I forgot to add that currently, besides Magnesium, also taking vitamin B complete.

    This makes me so happy, I eat a high fibre diet with a ton of fruit and veggies, don’t eat fast food or junk food and am in the best shape I’ve ever been in. It’s sad tho when people I know who eat fast food try to get me back on to that because “it’s normal” and “everyone else eats this” lmao

    One crucial issue emerging around this topic is that some people simply do not have access to healthy food. Especially in developing countries where living conditions are not high, and people work hard but are not paid well, it is very selective what they will eat. There are countries that already tried to solve this issue. In the Philippines, for example, poor people usually eat rice every day and very few things except it. This results in child malnutrition and overall malnutrition. People lack crucial elements like vitamin A. There was a “Golden rice project” initiated, during which rice was enriched with the necessary elements and got included in people’s diet.
