    1. Remember your dreams
    2. Make your Bed - a. Clean environment helps. b. This is good for your brain because you want to start your day with success and the pattern continues throughout the day
    3. Drink lots of water - Your brain is 80 percent water and your brain becomes dehydrated overnight.
    4. Brush your teeth in the morning - Brush your teeth with your opposite hand or even EAT with the opposite hand and by doing this you create more neural connections in your brain.
    5. Deep breathing exercises - Consume oxygen for your brain
    6. Brain tea -
    7. Journaling - Plan out your day and write things that you are grateful. Your brain thrives for things you are grateful for. Also, if you can't appreciate the things you have at the moment how can you earn new things?
    8. Hit workout - Whatever is good for your heart is good for your brain because whenever the heart beats the blood is pumped into your brain.
    9. Brain power smoothie - Blueberries, Avocado,
    10. Daily reading - Average person reads 1-2 books a YEAR and a CEO reads about 4-6 books a MONTH.

START WITH SUCCESS - as I do it
1 Remember my dreams /helps the processing of the day before, and I see (more clearly) connections I made 10min
2 Make my bed (clean environment= cluster free brain activity= start my day with with success) 5min
    3 Drink zenzero/ginger water 5min
4 Brush my teeth with my lefty 5min
5 Deep-breathing exercise to get oxygen into my body and brain 3min
6 Drink strong boiled ginger/zenzero-tea and eat nuts or sunflowerseeds while journaling on my vision board/gratitude board/1-3 notes for business day/1-3 things for personal use 15min
7 Morning exercise 4minutes is enough get cardio beating
8 Brainpower smoothie while reading my weekly book 10min - set alarm clock or you MAY be late if you loose yourself in the reading
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    = 58min
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
(work weeks I do number 8 just before going to my boring day job at 6.30)
-The trick is NO multitasking BE in the moment equals doing it without stress
When you journal - you are THERE journaling
When you drink - you drink
When you breath - you breath etc…
(I get up 4.30 every day and start to write on my book at 5.30 and off to my day job at 6.30…)
I ALWAYS wear the SAME clothes and I keep my hair in a very easy cut….all to be more effective and to pour more time into my projects instead of “wasting”it on my appearances…I realise that if I want success I have to shape my day to fit my lifepurpose, not the other way around 😊
    Good Luck - @goodflowdesign
    ps/ I am a single parent with children/ds
If I can do it YOU can do it!

This explains, in part, why my own memory started to skyrocket at the age of eighteen. I began reading The Art of Happiness, and boosted my daily gratitude. I began taking yoga and doing breathing exercises. I was already journaling prior to the age of eighteen (quite copiously, actually), but around eighteen I began to develop more sophisticated dialogues in my writing, really drawing out each of my own differing perspectives on whatever was bothering me that day. When I had my fever awakening back in 2016 I had an insight that I needed to start doing everything with the opposite hand that I was used to doing it with, from opening doors to brushing my teeth. I felt a lot of power in that practice, and now I know why. And, of course, I started writing my dreams more when I was eighteen than I ever had before, in large part because I didn't have to go to a soul-sucking child purgatory five days out of the week. Of course, my memory might have improved so dramatically because I was finally free of the horrific stress that was induced by attending school.

folks complaining about why this isn't practical. first of all, its HIS morning routine, not yours think for yourself. the point is not to replicate but learn what you can - make what is, uniquely your own. if you can only implement two of these practices, that's great! the problem is you're already looking for a formula that fits universally. this doesn't exist. think for yourselves. wow

mostly true, but the body sweats over 1 fl. oz. every night and allowing the bedding to evaporate/dry is healthier. I turn on the ceiling fan for a while with the covers away from the area I slept on, then make my bed 2 hours later. If you don't have a moisture-proof mattress pad it is even more important to air out your mattress. Covers can also retain moisture

Everyone saying this routine will interfere with there “morning commute” and need “4 hours” really need to stop with the excuses. If you want it that bad, you’ll wake up earlier and get it done. Maybe you cant fit the entire routine in, but you start somewhere. To make a change you have to get out of your comfort zone and drop the bad habits so you can welcome the good habits.

    • @beautifulmindset8105

I don't understand this. It's maybe 15 minutes to point 6. Dream Remember and write down 5 minutes, make bed 1 minute, drink water 1-2 minutes, toothbrush 3-4 minutes. And the remaining time for the exercise. The longest in the whole routine is reading and this can also be done at a different time. There are routines that are much more violent and start with 60 minutes of visualization or meditation. People only like to throw themselves away in victim roles and look for excuses why it doesn't work for them and then watch before going to sleep rather 2 hours the game of thrones.

ThatOne Fangirl you’re getting up. You act like he’s asking you to go out in the backyard naked and gyrate on a pole or something and he clearly said if you can’t do it all just take a step or 2 and incorporate it into your own routine. Just stop with the excuses plus I doubt you’re that interesting that your morning routine is the first thing your family members are thinking about.

Hi Jim. Your notice of how affirmation is good is really good!!🙂 Since i got to realize it, I became aware that my mother prayed every morning. She is now 90 years of age, and I'm 60. She continues to thank God, for prolonging her life, to protect her children, grandchildren etc. My own morning routine is to strengthen my core through silent meditation, then I pray, thanking Jah for life, my gifts, my wonderful talented wife, my beautiful children, protection, and other things 😊😊. Thank you. My first viewing of your vids. You have a good approach, but it's possible to miss your great message, sometimes when you try to pack lots of info in. So sometimes a little bit less is the more your audience will get. And I know you don't want us to miss any little golden point that you make. Blessing. W💜🙏

I’ve been keeping up with my sleeping patterns and making sure I get enough no matter what daily challenges may bring. I like the mandarin yoga tea and that’s when you know “gratitude “ I know it is a big thing. I started writing notes too. Love this man. When me and my kids fall asleep we dream about owning some of the beach land we never visited. I promised myself that for many years of not having a vacation Me and my Kids need to have a vacation in our backyard everyday. We have a big pool, sandbox, and a baby pool. Super cool for 2 years of no income. But I want to have my dreams come true for my kids as well. I recommend this person for self development.

When 1 member in a family changes all other needs to change accordingly. I cant leave my parents, they are old and they cant(will not) change habits.

    5 breath
    6 brain tea
    7 graditude journal
    8 brain smoothy
    9 exercise
    10 reading 20 to 30 min
I can't believe i done all them from memory using the journey to ur office you taught before
    Carpark- brainfoods
    Bridge- kill ANTs
    Elevator - exercises
    Hallway - brain nutrients
    Closet - positive peer group
    Receptionist - clean environment
    Fish tank - sleep

    White board - new learning

    Board - boron
    Dimond - carbon

I also used a journey i take to remember all the chapters in order of a book and as i mentally walk through its like all the notes and key ideas and concepts of each chapter appear to me. So i would just like to say thank you so much and i know one day we will meet and it would be so impressive if you remember my name. If we don't generate too much fattigue in the system, we won't need to restitute as much.
As that's essentially what we do when we sleep. We reorganize the impressions in terms of bio-chemical reactions and electrical charges (nerve-stimulance).
If we stop poisoning the body in too many ways this can be done way more efficent than the "average" person. Remember that recommendations from the healthcare system is based on the AVERAGE (the norm of said society) - if you don't follow the average lifestyle in terms of self-destructive behavior you will not have the same needs.
Please remember that your body is a colony of cells, that have adapted through thousands of years and still is - just because something was in one way 5 years ago in terms of humans, doesn't mean it has to be the same way now. We're evolution in progress (or in degenetation depending on how you lead this life)
Evolution is not something that only happened yesterday - it's happening every single moment in tiny adjustments to the stimuli which adjust to eachother.
