I am from Poland (I AM A POLISH MARINE SOLDIER) and I am proud of the history that Sabaton transforms, it makes it clear that even a small country with great spirit can change the world!
Love the song and the history of polish people fighting the mights of europe, but idk about a "small country" though. 8th largest population out of 44 european countries and almost twice the population from romania who is 9th :D
As a history buff, I'm always reminded that the Allies could have done more to help Poland. The fact they survived, and are as proud as they are...nobody, and I mean _nobody,_ can tear Poland's pride from her and her people. As the Polish like to say: "Poland will not fall. Not while there is breath still in me." I wish more people had that kind of pride.

Poland, I believe, has been the most-invaded country in Europe throughout history, being invaded more than even the Low Countries or France.
A few days ago (February 24, 2022), Ukraine was invaded, which is really bravely resisting the enemy 😧 and the world (especially my country, Poland) is on the brink of another war! I recommend watching one more song by Sabaton - Inmate 4859. About Captain Witold Pilecki. A member of the Polish resistance movement who volunteered to the German Concentration Camp. His task was to establish the truth about the camps and to write a report.

They're not just great on stage. On stage Joakim demands attention. Of the stage he's really funny. It's rare that a band is as great on stage or even better than on the studio version sabaton does it perfectly.

I first discovered Sabaton on Hearts of Iron 4. I thought it was just some generic metal playing in the backround. it sounded alright. It was in my very first game, I was the USA and Germany had already taken all of Western Europe. I was struggling to figure out the game mechanics, but I had all my armies in Southern England. I was setting up D-Day, when I first heard the words to Primo Victoria. The song was lining up with what I was currently doing. It was after I realized that, I minimized and started listening to all their stuff and looking it up to find out the story behind it. I really wish they were around when I was in school lol.
If you want to see a fantastic live performance check this one out! Parkway Drive - "The Void" (Live at Wacken) Also look at what the crowd does in the middle of the song. That sort of behaviour is something you only see on metal concerts! Heart warming!
At this point, it is probably worth noting that the woodstock festival takes place in a symbolic place for this performance, i.e. right next to the Polish-German border
