    This one-pot seafood stew dish is highly recommended for all seafood lovers who like prawns, scallops and clams. Glass noodle lovers will also love this one-pot seafood dish. This seafood stew recipe is foolproof when fresh seafood such as scallops, prawns and clams are used and the ingredients are added in right sequence/ timing.
    Ingredients
    600g soft shell clams (Lala)
    200g frozen scallops
    400g unshelled prawns
    80g dry mung bean glass noodles
    6 cloves of garlic
    400ml chicken stock
    2 stalks of Chinese leeks
    1 1/2 thumb-size ginger
    2 TBSP cooking oil
    1 TBSP dark soya bean sauce
    1 TBSP light soya bean sauce
    2 TBSP cooking oil
    1 TBSP sesame oil
    Dash of white pepper
    Garnishing:
    Fresh chili
    Coriander
    Spring onion/ scallions
