    I love your stone grinder. I've got a similar that was bought in early 80s by my grandma for 16 rupees and gave it to my mum. I still use it in 2020.

    Indeed must say,I loved it.
    Just made a few modifications as in in place of jowar flakes I used museli and topped with peanut Butter.
    Loved it.

    Hello ma'am, Would like to know if we'll feel sleepy 1 or 2 hours after having this as our breakfast? Whenever I add some sort of milk or yogurt, I really do experience that sleepy mornings besides having good sleep, due to which I have to eat something savory to keep myself active.

    Should we use the same kind of banana that you are using. It is yellow in color inside.
    What we get in our place is white color inside.
