Would you do a video on SPD shoes for the Echelon. I ordered a pair but I've never done spin until 2 weeks ago and now I'm wondering if I needed to buy cleats for the shoes. I don't know. I'm waiting for the shoes to arrive and see how it all works together.
Sure I’m happy to do a follow up video all about which spin shows you should use and why. Thanks for the suggestion. In the beginning you don’t have to use cleats but it does help with power and output
@@AllAboutAnika But how to use them and if it's as easy as just ordering a pair and you can clip in OR is their more steps like cleats you have to attach to then use. Echelon doesn't have much info when it comes to this and I have no idea being a newbie. Goggle is helping but then I'm not sure if what I'm reading is compatible with the pedals sent. It's a whole new world with new lingo for me.
Can you do a video on the apps you have used and liked? Maybe the pros and cons of the apps as well?

Any recommendations for a comfortable bike seat( soft and wide)
I put mine together last night (thanks for the videos it helped with the decision). Tried it out today and YES I need a headband for the constant sweat. Any recommendations for a different seat. I bought a gel pad cover and that still didn't help.
Yesss for being sweaty 🥵 lol! I didn’t buy a new seat. I know it can be uncomfortable. The first few spin classes I took my butt was more sore than my legs because of the seat but you get used to it. Also the seats on spin bikes are not meant to be “sat” on for long. Because you are getting up and off of it through out the class it’s not built for comfort. I hope that helps :)
Hi @tannis mathers yes that seat is very uncomfortable. I replaced mine with a Bikeroo oversized comfort seat. You can find it on Amazon. I also wear my padded shorts.
Hi Anika thank you so much for this video. What about socks? Is there a certain type of sock I should be wearing with my spin shoes?
I usually wear sports socks. Like the ankle ones. Keeps my feet dry.

hey, why did you buy new pedals when the other side of the existing pedal has connections for the cleated shoes?
I didn’t like the straps from the old pedals dragging on the floor. I also wanted an upgrade to the pedals.
I just bought one but my phone can't connect to the bike. The tablet yes
