Sounds like, given the blood on the doormat that Houston police did NOT want to even bother with, and also given the good video footage YET no conviction, that indeed the assailant most likely WAS a Houston cop. 🤷♀️
She was rented out by her father. What if her fear after being arrested was because she recognized one of those cops as someone that abused her as a child. He is worried she'll report him and kills her, or gets someone else to do it.
If Houston was a small department I'd agree with you, but I doubt it to be honest. If anything, they'd be more excited to catch them if it was a cop. That would be a great thing to add to their resume catching a killer cop. In a large department it's not like all of them know each other, so the likelihood of them protecting another cop who was a murderer just because they were a cop are slim to none. The actual sad part is the explanation for why they didn't bother with the door mat is just pure laziness. They didn't feel like it. In the investigators eyes I'm sure this was just a case of a prostitute who got killed, they probably would've partially blamed her because of her line of work and therefore didn't work as hard at her case

Well- no one deserves to be murdered or disrespected in death. But, that "industry" is not called the "oldest profession" for no reason- and it's ALWAYS been a dangerous one.
Ever wondered why politicians are reluctant to legitamise this industry despite the fact by doing so would greatly reduce many of the risks associated with it......... Could it be because many use those services and would expose those scum bags running our countries. Just a thought
Women that work in this industry usually come from broken homes like this woman. The fact of the matter is when a woman does not have a strong father growing up, she will seek unnecessary male attention, working in these kinds of industries.

Great job! I love your videos! You & one other are my favorite crime videos. I watch a LOT of crime stuff, you put exceptional work into your videos!!!! 😍💀
re: cleaning up the crime scene: my mom (who was a registered psychologist) used to be part of a volunteer group that used to support victims and their families after a crimes. I was shocked to find out no one pays to have the crime scene cleaned so it just falls onto the victim (if they lived) and their families to clean it up, unless a volunteer like my mom does it. I can't imagine having someone kill my sister then being like "do you mind identifying the body...and also cleaning the brain splatter off the ceiling." yet my mom said that's the sort of thing she did all the time because there was no one else to do it. She ended up retiring her license early (unrelated to the work...she had her own health issue come up and had to leave) so she hasn't done it in decades but now that's what I think about when I hear about a "gruesome crime scene" is I wonder who cleaned it up.

And her family still have no justice
My heart goes out to all that love her
Love how much your channels grown since the pandemic. Always look forward to your videos!
Wow, I hope the right person sees this video & recognizes the killer. Thanks for sharing❤️
I think it’s great that you are so respectful to people that work in that industry.
I really appreciate that of Adrian too. A real human being. Thanx.👍🏻🌟
Well- no one deserves to be murdered or disrespected in death. But, that "industry" is not called the "oldest profession" for no reason- and it's ALWAYS been a dangerous one.
@@tinameyer7080 which is exactly why it’s refreshing to not have the word “prostitute” in this coverage.
A very important video you just did. I hope someone comes forward. Can’t believe no one recognizes him after nine years RIP Shelby.
This video needs to be shared everywhere
It's hard to believe with that CCTV footage that he's still on the loose.
Such heartbreaking betrayal both Shelby and Christina faced. I’m glad they had each other through it all. ❤
Heres to someone recognising him here.
R.I.P beautiful Shelby 🙏
The first time I have enjoyed an advert ~ bravo!
That is the best audible ad I’ve seen.
Great job! I love your videos! You & one other are my favorite crime videos. I watch a LOT of crime stuff, you put exceptional work into your videos!!!! 😍💀
Thank you Adrian for your stories You are a Very good story teller merci
Happy April to you, Adrian!
My gosh, I remember hearing about this when it happened. Sad she hasn't had justice.
Love your content!! Thanks Adrian!!
re: cleaning up the crime scene: my mom (who was a registered psychologist) used to be part of a volunteer group that used to support victims and their families after a crimes. She ended up retiring her license early (unrelated to the work...she had her own health issue come up and had to leave) so she hasn't done it in decades but now that's what I think about when I hear about a "gruesome crime scene" is I wonder who cleaned it up.
home insurance does pay.. iam told
Thanks for the upload
This is very similar to the Craigslist killer. I watched the other day.
You know you watch a ton of true crime when you recognise the blurred out crime scene photos.
Still gonna watch though because it's Adrian and Nero's take on it.
Thank you for another video!
Thanks for another crime case to solve.
How great to hear Adrian over on Disturban!!!
Love both you guys! ❤️
It’s always super frustrating in a murder case when we have footage of the suspect for years and can’t identify. Missy Bevers comes to mind as well
What I needed! Right on time. 👌🏿
I’ve seen her story circulate for years, I really hope her killer is found and brought to justice sooner rather than later😢
WOOHOO, HERE WE GO PPL ❤ you do absolutely fantastic work ❤ please keep it up ❤ you're awesome ❤🏴😎👍
I don't normally comment but I've been watching your videos for a long time and you're one of my favorite channels ❤️ Your content is top notch and I love the amount of care and respect that you put forth in your cases. Also, Im totally digging the denim shirt 😂❤ Thank you for all that you do!
Thank you once again Adrian for your continued hard work & an amazing channel. Sending warm wishes to yourself & Nero.
