This scene is better than the one we got.
Wade Willson this is so frustrating because this is of some accuracy to the book too! Of course it’s gage in the book but this did happen. I like reading the book then getting little bits like this!
This scene should NOT have been deleted!!!! What were they thinking???!?!
It wasnt deleted i saw it in theatres
That's from the book. That's how Gage manipulated Judd into attacking him before he bodied him with the scalpel. Great part.
But the dead in the book are supposed to know the truth so I always wondered if Judes wife did cheat on him with his friends🤔
@@bladvenci8237 According to the book, yes. That's the other element of "horror" in this story... the actual fact that the characters had done bad things or end up breaking down.
The prequel of this movie might have avoided this element since it presented Jud and Martha as the "heroes" of the story.
I meant Norma hehe
When she laughed it sounded like one of the effects from the movie IT.. 🤨
This is lifted straight from the book, except that it's Gage instead of Ellie. I only wish they had the courage to stick closer to the novel. I know the kids that played Gage were only 2 or 3 years old, but with today's CGI you could pull it off. Make him look horrific like the way King describes him in the book.
Joe Knott the previous version made him looked great even with crappy CGI i guess these people are juz lazy so they killed off the bigger child who can act
CGI wouldn't be able to pull off what the older kid was able to pull off. No way. Yeah you could give Gage the gruesome look, but CGI doesn't take care of the acting aspect of the role.
Sub Zero now back to you again! 😏 well who says what about the kid’s acting, she’s great but staying true to the book and the original movie’s 🎥 core plot would have made 2019 version more desirable
@@subzero8679 I just feel like having the older child be the one that's resurrected has less of an impact. Ellie was old enough to speak full, coherent sentences. Having Gage speak with the intellect of an ancient being is more terrifying. If they played it like the book, the boys who played Gage wouldn't have to say too much. Anything inappropriate for a toddler to say could have used the effect shown here with just having their mouth open (that was in the book, too). I feel like if Miko Hughes could pull it off at that age, these kids could do it too. Along with a little editing magic, like maybe having the camera behind them when they're speaking.
This part from the book would be no good with the Timmy Baterman side story gone, Timmy need to introduce this part of Juds life for this to feel accurate.
I really missed Timmy Baterman.
I wonder if at 1:00 that was a IT easter egg? Maybe wherever Norma is, the deadlights are there as well? After all, as this movie showed, Derry isn't very far from them.
The director really mad bad choices on this movie he chose the wrong scenes to keep wrong ending
7moodcam Q8 what you say makes sense but I heard from few sources that the studio makes the final choices
Doesn't seem like anyone cares enough to adapt this properly. I get changing maybe a few things but the book is damn near perfect barring a few nitpicks but those could even been handwaved away as personal taste. You need a true fan of this book to adapt seeing as how King quite sadly obviously doesn't really care about this book.
After watching the other directors' movies I feel like they wanted to do more, but the studios wouldn't let them because they aren't big name directors.
I wish they'd kept Timmy Baterman too. That section was of the book was HORRIFYING, but the original movie didn't do it justice.
it was an awesome scene, too bad it was deleted.
That is much better than the one they kept. Damn.
They should make a series and have must of his stories connected/crossover like a Horror/Action Game of Thrones
Why did they remove this scene for the other one? Why?
So...they stay this true to the book then change shit like making Ellie the one that died or butchering the ending? And this gets left on the cutting room floor? Fuck these remakes.
Poor Judson.😥
Nah. He started this. He should’ve left well enough alone but he didn’t.
Norma: Did you miss me, Judson?
Jud: That's not you! It's not you!
Norma: I knew about your whores, but you didn't know you married one.
Jud: That's not my Norma! Aaaaahhhhhh!
Norma: I did brought your friends, we laughed at you. Oh, we all laughed! Hahahahahaha!!!!!
Ellie: But we're here now, to bring you back, so you can suffer with us.
Jud: That's not you, come and fucking TRY!!!!
She said "whores", not horns.
She said "I knew about all your whores but you didn't know you married one."
This scene was way more intense and awesome. Stupid decision to cut it. The remake could have been something great but it feels like they were being held back by the studio or directors. Don't know. Ellie dying was not as effective as gage. It wasn't the right choice. It felt "safe" disappointing
now I have to agree with the comments they should of used that one that one would of made it scarier
Why the fuck do all the new movies just throw out all the wendigos and supernatural explanation for the motives of the villains when we have all the books explaining shit but they just want new audiences to see these instead of actual stephen king fans
Holy fucking shit !!!!!!!! Why didn’t they use this?!??!
Great scene! It seems as if they deleted the scenes that would have made this movie really good for some reason because the movie was underwhelming to me, maybe because I grew up in the Original
But the dead in the book are supposed to know the truth so I always wondered if Judes wife did cheat on him with his friends🤔
WHY DID THAY DELETE THIS ITS WAY BETTER THEN THE OHTER
My question is why do they make scenes that are this good, but then delete it?- like it just make people not like the movie.
This movie already scared the shit out of me. This would’ve made it worse. It’s a shame they deleted it though
This definitely should NOT have been deleted!!! It would have made it soooo much better!!! Whoever removed it needs their ass kicked. Overall wasn't crazy about this movie, you just can't ever top an original which is why remakes are always shit! This movie didn't disappoint there....
I’m confused. This looks like the scene that was in the movie. What’s different about this scene compared to the one in the theaters?
The revelation that his wife had been screwing all of his friends behind his back
The dialogue, Ellie doesn’t make that face, it’s Norma’s face, there’s plenty that’s different
Why'd they delete this scene it was straight from the novel. TF!
What an incredible scene. But I always wondered if Norma actually did cheat on Jud.
She did. The body came from the death can see the real bad things about people... Timmy did it , and Gage too. Norma was a whore.
0:17
That is creepy
Should not have been deleted
Jud really did deserve everything he got. He caused all this shit. Possessed by the power of the Wendigo
But was she lying ?
I don't think so.
@@rufousthefox9766 thats fucked up if she not 😂😂
No she wasn’t lying. It’s addressed in the novel. When the undead return they “know” things. Judson used to go to whores and never knew his wife was fucking all his friends and laughing at him.
Soy-based website fails to attract enough soyboys. Are you broke yet?
I actually really loved that they used Ellie as the murderous child and not Gage. We all expected Gage to get hit by the truck. When it was Ellie who died instead who was played out to be such a kind hearted individual, I was excited. Her actor was very good as well. Also it makes sense because the original movie is very good, and trying to exactly recreate it doesn’t really make sense. I like both movies.
Spoiled by trailers tho unfortunately. You cant give us a twist like that when every trailer and poster showed it was a girl this time :(
Ew, why? Gage being the one to die makes it more tragic. This just has the stereotypical "creepy zombie girl" crap.
That mask sucks. It looks like some crap from etsy.
They should have deleted the whole movie, damn it's dull compared to the original
Oh shut up. Don't fucking watch it then. It's as easy as that.
They should delete you
Sub Zero too late my friend, I did in hope but was seriously disappointed.
Sub Zero you would love that, but the truth always comes to the surface
Sub Zero
damn why r u so butt hurt about other’s opinion... u may have like this 2019 version but we prefer the original version over this , so what get over it 🤨
This sequel was total bullshit 😒 and had nothing to do with the book
This movie was trash
Why did they remake this movie? This shit looks stupid.
Matthew Penrose they felt like it I think, the movie was great.
