These full body, HIIT workouts with weights are my favorite. I would want to see longer cool downs. I really enjoy the guided stretches at the end of a good workout.
Done! Just keeping record for myself. Dont mind me! This was quite tough i skipped one exercise to catch up my breath and carry on. Trembling and shaking but I finished it! Feeling strong within 2 weeks I need to upgrade my dumb bell for more resistance. 😘
LOVED THIS! I hope you're able to do more workouts like this. I love a HIIT W/weights that isn't Low Impact. Love your low impacts but, sometimes that extra intensity is nice. Thanks so much, Heather!

I wonder if I am able to walk tomorrow. 🤣 Heather, this one is great!! As I am 54 and in menopause, it's important to work with weights (even though it's tough) so I prefer your videoes with some kind of weight in the exercises. Also the jump is a little too hard on my knees, so I usually stand still and do something else instead while its going on. I know you are very young, but maybe you could make a series of videoes for us past 40 or 50, with exercises for the "mature" female body? 💗 We need to continue to build and maintain our muscles as we grow older, for many reasons (especially our metabolism) and I think that a detailed series or videoes with the right exercises for all the women past their 50's would be amazing. Untill that happens I will try to hang on the best I can. THANK YOU so much 🙏🤗
This workout was perfect for me when I went out of town. I used the weights in the fitness center of the hotel I was staying in. A nice quick sweat before I start my day. Thanks Heather!

I rarely can get myself to work out and my little sister pulled up this one for us to do. It was so nice because I felt like I was working really hard, but did like, Hate My Life, you know? It's hard to explain, but it just all around felt really satisfying.

omg how? i'm the same height/weight and usually burn about 120 calories (not active) in these types of workouts. i'll try this one out tonight and see if it's more a burner though!
@@666cheburashka666 it depends maybe she has lower body fat and more lean mass making her burn more or maybe she was working very hard. Either way if I was you I would blinding trust smart watches they dont put so many things in account maybe you actually burn more calories than you watch tells you, maybe less who knows. Good luck ♥

Yeah I only burnt 200 calories and I'm pretty lean and fit
