Day one here. So hard to take off I thought I was gonna pull my teeth out. Sheesh
I started a week ago. If I didn't have that hook tool the dentist gave me I would not be able to get these things off.
I started my treatment around 29 weeks ago and it really is easy with your hands once you find the right amount of pressure and the right spot and I got it by the second week (the second stage)
My fear is my attachments falling off every time I take them off. Had that happen once and now I’m paranoid lol
This is so cool because my docter is the co- inventor of invisalign buttons!
Hi! What can I ask my dentist for if I don't want scratches on my enamel surface when removing attachments?
I notice during removal of the attachment some of my enamels has been marred. How do I deal with that and my dentist now ? Specially that he will be putting new attachments now.
Does the surface of your teeth feel noticably different after removing attachments? Doesyour enamel a little more rough on the surface after filing away?

I got one and really need it. I also ordered extra off Amazon in case this one breaks or I lose it.
It isn't as easy for me to insert and remove the trays.
Your attachments appear to have been more smooth than mine are. I just got them on today and am fairly unhappy with them. They are much pokier/rougher than I imagined. In my head they were going to be smooth-ish blobs with slightly flattened sides so the aligners can better push the teeth, so I was taken aback by the way mine look and feel.
Also, I prefer to use mouthwash to brush my aligners, not soap. If you are in a hurry and you miss a little soap bubble, you're in for a terrible moment. XD So far that seems to keep them clean and in good condition.

Could you have just done your own Invisalign because you’re an orthodontist?
Hard to put on your own attachments but I took them off myself!
Would a patient every need attachment on eat tooth in their mouth
should you use whiten strips during the treatment?

@@guineapigtalks I recommend waiting at the end of the treatment. The whitening wouldn’t go through the attachments
