This piece of music fully encompasses the prophecy of Lara Doren and the Elderblood of Ciri. I could totally see this playing during a season finale as Ciri’s bloodline and prophecy are revieled to the fans somehow... then the credits roll!
They really nailed so much of the soundtrack. I loved exploring Elven Ruins in W3 because of their mysterious but not "oooh spooky" vibes. They're beautiful and sad, with some danger. Wish this was on the official soundtrack. Hail to Caranthir is also missing and it's the single best boss-tracj in the game. ua-cam.com/video/78cAfdUbvZw/v-deo.html&ab_channel=GamingAmbience
I was using this audio for practise writing for a draft and found it suprisingly effective and calming yet mysterious enough for me to use it as a writing tune. Thanks!
imo the best moment in the game (unique, mysterious, felt very nostalgic), fun fact - in the books also was a girl oneiromancer with surprisingly similar name Condwiramurs Tilly, just a coincidence, eh? god i love these little details
As explained in the description, I recorded it in the quest "Novigrad Dreaming". It's possible that the same music is used in other quests, but I can't remember.
Here is also an hommage to the original polish tv show Wiedzmin which was released in 2001. In the game they used a part of the song: ua-cam.com/video/umXAyDnARk0/v-deo.html
I always thought the song in the game fits very well with the original saga especially the begining part. Now knowing that they used bits of that song makes it even better.
Best game with the best OST. Btw... Audacity. I have used that a lot as well. But I always thought it was pronounced AUDA City... Found out later it was Audacity. Goddamn that is a good name
Not that I know of. Unfortunately I lost the source files that I had recorded for this track, so I cannot recreate it easily. That being said, if you're on PC, it's quite easy to record the music of the game by yourself. You just have to go to the audio settings of the game and mute everything except the music, then reach the part of the game where the music plays, and use a software such as Audacity (free) to record it and edit it. That's how I did it.
@@tewlad5089 That was a long time ago... If I remember correctly, I set the music volume *in the game's settings* at maximum, and I didn't change it in Audacity.
@@xMoDzProductions Yes. You can just visit the game's audio settings and mute everything except for the music. And then like you said, record it using Audacity.
For 5 years i've play this game and always find something new
5:34 this part always gives me goosebumps. The lady of space and time...
The first part also plays in Avallach's cave. Damn I have been looking for this so long. Thx.
GreenTea It’s the same music that plays in the side quest, ‘Carnal Sins.” Search “Witcher 3 OST Carnal Sins”, it’s the first result.
GreenTea You’re welcome :) It took me quite a while to find it too after I first started looking for it.

Brother, thank you for making this longer version. This entire soundtrack speaks to my soul, but this one in particular... there just aren't words.
Thank you for recording and editing it this way
Glad you like it!
I love everything about this man. It'd make a great ambient track for a DnD game, in some Elven ruins or something. Definitely using it!

I keep coming back every evening since I discovered this video, and it will be a (much needed) good memory from 2021.

Novigrad dreaming on such a witcher's day
That is *excellent* editing, dude.
Wasn't this in the quest "Through Space and Time"?
One of my absolute favorite quests

Hello. I know it's been 3 years, but can you upload this mastered version in mp3 and share link?
OK I've added a link in the description. Enjoy. :)

Great graphic! Where did you get that?
Google Images ;)

He prob recorded the gameplay while not moving or doing anything and then in description it says he used audacity to edit to make it flow
