Imagine being the guy in a truck that joins the trucknado, knowing that you're going to be stuck in that thing for days, and right behind you this muppet constructs a shortcut. Maybe replace the trucknado with a trainnado? Since you can regulate how many trains are allowed on the tracks that shouldn't cause too many issues.
I hate to say this but Engineer is also good at demolishing something to make room to build a new one. So it might be a good idea to delete your giant Truck-nado. You still have one in your San Fransisco so truck-nado doesn't disappear.
"if they're hovering do they even have a weight" yes, it's just not exerted on the bridge in the same way. While a normal train would exert it's weight on the bridge through phyiscal contact points like the wheels, or random low hanging parts because Steve forgot to fasten all the bolts, a hover train does it a bit differently. A hover train still has a weight, obviously, but since it's hovering, that weight is exerted on the bridge via thrust from hover engines, or via repelling from magnets (in both cases the main force being put onto the bridge using the "equal and opposite reaction" law, which states that any force you put on an object will put an opposite force of equal proportion against you, thus causing an engine to lift the train, or a magnet to push against the bridge because it's repelling the train). This force that is against the bridge is whatever is required to provide sufficient lift to the object, which luckily for us is whatever the object weighs. Science!
In hindsight, having the road for all the G-Wagons coming from the other end of the immigration powerful shape would have made good sense. The Immigration Powerful Shape delivers population in...spurts...one could say.

I would love to see a sister city built with it all planned out like an engineer. That way traffic never backs up and it gets everything they need as efficiently as possible.
I guess that would require planning for small districts each with their oxygen production, park, some factory,... so that you avoid massive streams of traffic going into huge population centers?
To answer your question about the weight of a hovertrain: yes, it does have weight. The magnetic forces it uses to float will push the track downwards with the same force at its weight (3rd law of Newton, action creates opposite and equal reaction)
That is if you assume it uses magnetic force. Antigravity and our advanced tech couldn't care less about some silly laws. Secretly though we all know that the only thing these hovertrains need is a very magical string of code.
What's the equation to get the force exerted by 100 tons? While being upheld by magnetic levitation? I'd imagine, that magnetics would create less force
@@Ryan-nn1kl It’s the same weight. The only difference is that magnets are supporting the direct weight instead of the ground supporting it, though the weight does still have to be supported by the ground. For a very simplified analogy, you can think of it like wearing shoes. The ground isn’t directly supporting your weight, your shoes are. But the ground is supporting your weight by supporting your shoes. Here you are the train and your shoes are the magnets. In short, the equation you’re looking for is 100 tons=100 tons
