OMG, I'm surprised to see this return, but in a Full version! This is definitely what I was wanting for the longest time since the original. This version does have more of a techno-feeling to it with a more harsher beat than the original, which was more soft, but I'm just glad a full version was made regardless! (I don't want to complain, but I was hoping the full version was just as soft to listen to as the original, rather than being way more harsher on the vocals on beats.)

@@frostykittens It's not about whether the final product sounds 'fine' or not, but rather, what was lost in the process that the shorter cover still has. Unlike what OP implied, the instrumental wasn't even similar to the original to begin with and we still loved it, so that was never the problem.

I absolutely love Styx Helix and I have for a while. I remember listening to it on a loop while playing Sims 3 for hours lol. I loved it so much that I tried singing it (without looking at the lyrics so I got almost all of it wrong). That song made me fall head over heels for anime music and English covers but also got me back into the passion of singing. Singing genuinely got me through some tough times. That is to say, Styx Helix holds such a special place in my heart. For that reason, it's been hard to find a good English cover of it. Until now! You absolutely killed it!! Some people are complaining that the instruments change the feel, but honestly, since I was pretty young and didn't watch Re:Zero, this is exactly how the song made me feel. I'm a little conflicted on this one. I really wanted a full version back in the day when your original TV size cover came out which I listen to to this day. This full version is certainly still good but I think there are too many effects and background changes. Your original cover felt more pure and I prefer that version. Really happy I finally get to hear the rest of your lyrics for this song tho :)
Couldn't agree more; I feel like this was over-composed; the tunes got in the way of the heart of her voice. I've also seen a downgrade in the aesthetic style of the video animation.

I'm a little conflicted on this one. I really wanted a full version back in the day when your original TV size cover came out which I listen to to this day.
This full version is certainly still good but I think there are too many effects and background changes. Your original cover felt more pure and I prefer that version. Really happy I finally get to hear the rest of your lyrics for this song tho :)
Try studio yuraki version If you don't like this one. I personally like that a little more.
Couldn't agree more; I feel like this was over-composed; the tunes got in the way of the heart of her voice. I've also seen a downgrade in the aesthetic style of the video animation.
I see what you mean. This weird electro sound and echo kind of take away from AmaLee's natural perfect singing voice.
I have to agree. Her voice and singing is amazing, but the over-production is ruining it. There's WAAY too much noise and effects distracting from the actual song :(

I really loved the first tv version and I'm happy that finally ama maked the full version, but it feels different like a bit more faster and energetic that would supposed to be, again I like it but it feels different than the first cover and the original song if we compare

@@echochou3977 I felt their reaction was harsh i wasn't trying to paint her as a "bad guy" i was just trying to clear their misunderstanding. Their are a lot of comments are comparing and its easier for these comments to come off as hate or critique. I get where she is coming from, she has to deal with such comments a lot but i felt she misunderstood their sentiment.
