So I have a 330d , which is kitted out with every option( including the M-Differential). I bought this car 6 months ago. It’s my first. And now I have ordered an M340i in grey colour and I have to add extra $15.000 to the current price of my 330d😂 It should come in the end of September, and I hope that my dad won’t kill me for buying a 340😬. I’m really looking forward to seeing and hearing this car , cause I also want to upgrade the exhaust system by buying a new one( Eisenmann - that has 4 pipes instead of 2 but it does not really matter). By the way, I’m from Russia and we love good sounding cars. 🤭
@@maruf7956 the m340i is around 75k , I guess. It has almost every option, except for the glass sunroof and merino leather. It’s coming in 2-3 weeks. I’m so excited, the M performance exhaust is almost here, too .
Picked up mine in portimao blue RWD fully loaded, exactly 7 days ago. This is my 3rd in the row ( E90 328, f30 335i, sport package, g20 m340i. Amazing cars.
I love the look of this car. Ive been debating whether to build the 2022 M340i or wait for the LCI in 2023. But the more I look at this - I feel inclined to go with the 2022. I like the interior as is.
My favorite 3 series is the 2020 M340i. Overall I love the combination of power (inline 6 is iconic) and comfort. A truly sweet performance sedan. Also, I would definitely go for the rear wheel drive model for less weight up front and overall driving enjoyment. Thanks for the review!
this is the 2nd time I have chosen a car (bmw) based on your opinion. last year I got the 2020 330i M Sport. tomorrow I pick up the 2021 M340i. I watch all the other videos and save yours for last. so far so good. thanks for the fantastic professional content.
@@davidzvezda IMO 2 totally different cars. the 330 had all the bells and whistles. i mean the height of BMW tech. everything you could want. you were "taken care of". but the 340, is a BEAST. if you like or love driving, the 340 is your car. every time it doesnt get old. its always a thrill. youre driving a race car. it WANTS to be driven and pushed. whether you are getting in or out of it, you think "holy phuck". thats pretty much my take. *im in Canada and handles winter perfectly but you have to master the traction feature on the transmission for steep inclines..the xDrive slows you down too much.
@@exstormtrooperI i understand , i tried m340i and it is a beast. But where it can be pushed on public roads to unleash all its power. 330i is also a fast car and i know m340i is on another level
I wanted to get a new 4 series or m4 convertible but that nose I hate it. This does look lovely though 😬 not sure what to do now and your reviews are always so informative it's giving me a hard decision.
Quickest way to turn on the A/C is to turn on Max A/C and then turn it off. The car will keep the current temperature and turn on the A/C without having to use the menu.
The M340i is the perfect middleground! It has strong engine unlike weaker models of 3series but isn't overpriced like M3 G80/81. To me M3 would be the go to car but €100k price tag is way too much for what the car is. You could literally buy two slightly used M340i for price of one new M3.
I like this spec but I would love cerium grey instead of shadow line for the window trim. I like the hoffmeister kink and classic shape to pop, I don’t think bmw does that but they should at least offer it to be retrofitted. I also hate black wheels personally, but it’s still a bimmer and I love the g20. I’m still in a f30 but soon I’ll be building and ordering one of these or m550i, can’t decide I want them all. BMW lover
Personally I like the shadowline trim, but I also think it works better for certain exterior colors than others. For example, I think shadowline looks incredible with metallic white (aka Mineral White). For a darker color like Portimao Blue somehow the cerium gray works well with it. I feel the same way for black wheels. Works well for some colors and not quite as impactful on others. Just my opinion and it's all objective of course.
Do not use your significant others name as a wake word 😂 You will wake the car in normal conversation, and have your significant other saying huh every time you wake the car 😂
Just picked up this 2021 M340i this morning. Fabulous

Took mine on a 3-hour road trip with the whole family (and two dogs). Was perfect!

There are videos of them in AWD going through 10 ft snow. In northern areas it's a must.
Great review! I just ordered my 2022 M340i xdrive.......this was very helpful

Hey how are you satisfied with m340i. Was 330i not fast enough? 🙂how does it compare to m340i. Is it worth the extra difference in price?

Great work Thomas as always. So impressed with your English in your second/non-native language. 👌

Hi can you do a review of the new 520d m sport LCI please!
How does it compare with the M2?
M2 is a wheelbarrow comparing to m340i xD
Why does bmw say it is 382hp from 2020 onwards
Noticed this 2021 one has exact same spec as 2020 one you reviewed last year, even the license plate is the same?
It comes with mild hybrid
Thanks for this reply, I just noticed it's last years video from Autogefühl - good eye!
perfect👌
This guy looks like the guy from autofugehl hummmm...
Is this 2020 or 2021
I think 2021
2020. This one has auto
Start stop button
This model year is 2020 because it has Autostop off button next to shifter. Also notice no purple cable in engine bay.
