- (Season 2, episode 8): Formula Drift Champion Chris Forsberg takes us on a tour of garages around the country, from professional outfits to grassroots backyard garages. In this episode we turn the camera on two of the most popular drivers in Formula Drift, our host Chris Forsberg and fellow driver Ryan Tuerck, to get a look inside their mobile garages. Forsberg takes us inside his 75-foot two-story rig complete with car and equipment storing capacity and indoor work stations. We also see the mobile work stations that keep these cars in prime competitive condition throughout the race weekend. Tuerck tours us through his 53-foot trailer and shows us how his crew stays on top of maintenance and repairs throughout the competition.

RB26 likeaboss Dude i just answer a comment from you at speed academy. UA-camception!
sounds like ive been commenting on videos too much hahaha
RB26 likeaboss Sounds like im been doing the same thing to much too. Lol
RB26 likeaboss Same here!
of course you do, they give you guys shit tons of views haha
I was so hoping there would be a video showing all the gear the pros use at the track. Thanks so much for making this video! Much appreciated.
Mobile Hauler looks badass hopefully will get to meet you guys at Formula D at Texas Motor Speedway!
2 of my fav drivers in FD. always love to see what goes behind the top tier fd teams!
thank you! about time!!!
nice to always have a backup plan for common or even uncommon situations that happen on the track. Obviously Chris's pit team can work effectivly, are well cordinated, and can be depended on in more serious situations that sacrifices Chris or the championship
Wish i can afford a newer car i drift around in a 2010 mustang gt from time to time
Am not going to lie that food looked good AF
great video guys keep it coming.
love them hardbodys
Hahahaha, "it's a great way to stay in shape," nice Family guy reference lol.
Anybody else notice that this could've been filmed awhile ago? Tuerk and coffman have falken as their tire supplier now. This was back when they were with maxxis.
lol ur dumb lmao get tilted son
Chris Roux lmoa you know it
Mid video Forsberg says he drives the hauler, at the end asks if he change his flights to hang out with Tuerk...

I like chris's car but i do have to say the matte black from last year looks a tiny bit better. Wish i could afford a newer car i drift around in a 2010 mustang from time to time.
Really missed you guys at Parc this year. Forsberg, I really want to know how I can get the shirt your pitcrew wear, also crush it for us in Texas. I haven't seen enough of my favorite driver on that podium this season. Cheers!
If I ever get into drifting, Chris and Ryan will be responsible.
THAT TRAILER!
man i would love to work for tor this guy!
so sick
Will be seeing Ryan's setup next time?
Dude, you have got to make these episodes longer, they go way too fast. They are good no matter what though
What low profile, high travel jacks you guys use? I'm wanting to lower my Mustang a little more, but my jack barely fits under it as it is.
I need a moving garage on my life 😍
Nice
Jonathan Castro 💪
780-0 This is a miracle
do u come to nsw
Hey Chris, what happen to the tires you use, for only 2 laps a set? is it possible to recycle them, or you just dump them?
ruy ribeiro They are burned up beyond use! We literally smoke them past the wear bars in 2 laps...
3:50 where can I get that shirt?
yeah i want one to

How many Nm have your 1000HP 370Z?
Ryan Turk please give engine specs from start to finish on your 240 please
Darwin Reyes we'll make sure Ryan sees your request!
When it comes to nitrous, how many people are running it in Formula D? I've seen a few people with it, but how common is it?
Shaun Rives a couple people run it. Foresberg, Castro, and a couple others. Not so common though. More people use turbos or superchargers
***** There are several other people that run it, it is actually much more common than you think. I think about 2/3 of the field is turbocharged and the other 1/3 has NOS on their engines. Some have neither and some have both!
chrisforsbergracing Holy crap are you the real chris forsberg!? And wow i didn't know that. I'm pree sure the sikky team and alec honaddell all have magnuson superchargers
Burning through 40 brand new tires in a weekend. Dame :)
thats like 8k-10k
why 1000hp? seems like a lot
Why do some guys chill (compress) the NOS bottle beforehand, and others heat the bottle beforehand?
They chill it to compress it for when they fill it. Forsberg goes over this in the video... Racers heat the bottle before a race to expand the gas and raise psi. More psi means nitrous will travel through the lines quicker
+zp1944 Thnx man, great answer! Got the chilling part but didn't understand why they would reheat it. One less mystery in my world ;)
they chill it to compress it to fit more in it before hand, and heat it while it's in the car to pressurize the bottle
+Erik Bakker also the increased psi makes for a more stable flow of nos to the engine
+jesus natividad Hmm, makes sense now that you mention it... Thnx!
have them drift in a missile car but the drive is throttle and clutch only and the passenger is steering and ebreak
is forsberg the only one that uses nos? or is he the only one sponsored...
im pretty sure many drifters use nos
yeah but does it drift
What v8 forsberg have on the 370z?
cobratoxic I think that's a Nissan VK56
not sure
cobratoxic its a vk56 motor running nitrous. I think it may be bored and stroked to 5.8 liters but im not sure
cobratoxic It is a Nissan VK56 out of the Titan pickup truck. It makes about 850hp naturally aspirated and 1,000hp on the NOS!
***** It is actually the stock displacement... still 5.6L. The smallest V8 in the field!
i wanna play
1
yes let's censor the VP gas logo
I think they did that because the video itself I'd endorsed by valvoline lol
God motorsport is a waste of money and resources, but fuck its awesome hahah.
this is expensive
