idk why but these are like my favorite videos, I've watched all the old react ones a bunch over the years
same people hate but it's kinda nostalgic idk
Nostalgia for me. Music from my childhood.
Sameeeee xqcl
Cause all he does now is tiktok/reddit/rp
All same stuff
Brb turning this into a spotify playlist. Almost all of them are bangers, miss those days

Bro I've listened to his reaction videos so much I can anticipate what the next song will be
Aware your pfp
I was born in 1990 so this playlist is my entire life from 10 to 19yo. Brought back a lot of memories lol
Me too. Born in 86. Almost all these songs had meaning to me. From my first GF, first time having sex, graduation, first job, weight loss, getting my own place, clubbing, second GF. Time sure flies 😀
@@LeGrosHanz Same bro.. Yeah, it flies by too fast
Born in the 90s. Watched MTV every summer 24/7 and these are all stuck in my head for the rest of my life lmao. I feel for people who weren’t able to grow up with TV channels playing literal bangers and music videos all day
Le wrong generation
@@Snack-Sized-Femboy that doesn’t even make sense. My whole point was that I was born in the right generation lmao
@@SenorGooch tf you mean? like 80% of the music was garbage in 2000-2010 and I grew up listening to it on the radio and tv as well. You aren't special
@@pyxr5173 What music do you think isn't garbage? You're also not special.
@@pyxr5173 Name your top 7 artists
I was getting invested in the story xqc was telling at the end because he was having a good take finally, and you cut that shit right trough a sentence. Thank you mr. editor, very cool.
xqc editor try not to be the worst editor on planet earth challenge IMPOSSIBLE EDITION (FAILED!)
haven’t watched yet but surely this time xqc won’t leave to get food while the video continues playing !!!
What do you think the video is for you doofus
Man I miss the 2000's music sooo much, when radios still played bangers and not no npc shit like today
12:07 best song imo, absolute classic.
That was awesome when x sang every lyric to “oops I did it again” great video
My farts are better than xQc’s farts 💨
We took this music for granted
Hello Matt
Woah I can't believe he did such a great job reacting to the top songs of the 2000's. 😯😯😯 Truly a captivating reaction that will be regarded as an instant classic!. 😭😭😭 Can't wait for him to react to the same video again in 6 months 🤣🤣🤣

I refuse to believe that xQc uses a bed for a door.💀
I remember when umbrella came out. The uk has the worst rain and floods and everyone blamed rihanna in the newspapers
I'm convinced this guy asks for the kid's menu every time he orders food
holy fuck i had to look it up but the year 2000 was just back to back to back bangers
crazy to look back now at that time and you cant realize you're living history
2009 was the PEAK of this music HOLY
Gaga’s year definitely.
Lil bro eating USA breakfast McDonald's and we can easily see he's having trouble swallowing all that condensed sugar so he needs to drink a sprite to chug it all down, he will definitely not live past 40 💀💀💀
I don't like how the guy in the bottom left keeps interrupting the video
xQc: I knew all of them.
Also xQc: Wasn't there for half the video.
Crazy how many of these songs rely on samples or interpolation to drive their sound. Like the reason Madonnas Hung Up is catchy is because it uses one of Abbas most iconic musical passages.
If you stripped that from the song or replaced it with a modern beat, the vocal melody wouldn't hold up. Akon Lonely also uses a classic ballad sample which is basically the whole song.
I don't mind sampling. In fact, one of the reasons Kanye is so respected as a producer is his ability to find older tracks that he then reworks into something completely new.
I think the issue is when artists just use an older popular song and let it be their entire track without any effort.
Also I'm not complaining about newer songs sounding like older pieces. There are only so many chords you can use in Pop genres that overlap is bound to happen. That recent Ed Sheeran lawsuit is a perfect example of how ridiculous it is to expect every new song to sound completely original. If you look hard enough you will always be able to find 5 or 6 songs that sound the same due to the limited structure of music theory. Unless every artist is pulling a Radiohead Kid A in terms of being abstract, there is going to be unintentional overlap.
I'm more so talking about modern hit singles that purposely sample from an already pre established popular song. The sample adds nothing new and the older track basically carries the whole thing.
Even more annoying is that often modern audiences just assume the new artist wrote it when they didn't. So yeah its just interesting to see how many songs on this list all use older songs to carry the bulk of their sound. Basically re releases passed off as original new material. Kind of whack 😅
Wasn't it Ed Sheeran (DansGame) who showed he can play any song on 3 chords with his guitar because that's the baseline of all pop music
2009 was so good, man. Like legit non-stop bangers.
i like when xqc reacts to music videos, theyre my favorite reaction vids tbh
This guy really knows how to listen to songs
My farts are better than xQc’s farts 💨

_Anyone knows that boy?_ was a banger back in my day.
What is wrong with the editor thinking we don't want to see the parts where xQc isn't there. THOSE ARE THE BEST PARTS!!!
2009 was such a lit year
2009 went hard
I’ll always say this- Not enough rock and metal in these lists, it’s so crooked and twisted towards pop-rap-hiphop radio songs. I guess it’s accurate, because it’s mainstream, but still annoying
🪨😴

This is actually new content because this version of Felix has lost the joy of living, so seeing how this music affects him now is new content.
I was born in 89 so I was lucky enough to be a kid/teen in the 90s-00s. Great time to be a kid, technology was starting to get good, MTV was still cool, best music, no brainwashing/child grooming/social media (until MySpace)

Is it really just nostalgia that makes these songs hit too hard ? Because todays songs dont feel the same at all. Just in this video, every month, there was a banger top song since 2000 ( mostly ). Rn, I cant think of a good song last month or the month before, idk whats happening..
No it's not, it's just trash today. People are trash today. older music you didn't grow up on can still be bangers, and they are. New music, they just aren't
Yes. Songs I didn't give a shit about 10 years ago feel nostalgic now.
Umbrella was in 2007? Fuck i feel old
Found it hillarious that he called MIKA a one hit wonder when Grace Kelly isn't even his most famous song 😂😂
Damn that flight dance emote is so fucking good
2000-2014 music was the best era for me, probably because I was born around the times but still
Its the best era of music imo

Yeah 2006 hit the hardest in my opinion. Also I had no idea Lady Gaga only just appeared at the complete end of the 2000s she’s almost a 2010s artist. 😂
