Hi Chris!Thanks for another great story!I've been internet surfing for Bigfoot stories since probably 2018.I don't remember where I heard these stories, but they were different sites and different people independent of each other.Both were in reference to the Mt.St.Helens eruption of 1980.They told their Dads' experience with the US military, different units and different levels of enlistment but both had seen military personnel rescuing Bigfoot and even attended to their injuries. Both said high ranking individuals were able to communicate with them. Just crazy sounding stuff!However, I am convinced the military is fully aware of the existence of these humanoids and the idea that they will help them is not beyond the realm of possibility. My wife and I are 55 years old, when my wife was about 12 years old a school friend stayed for the weekend and they decided to go for a bike ride, the home was located in a rural area near the Hoosier National Forest on a gravel road and as they were going down the road they could see in distance off to the side in the grass a black dog or so they thought, as they got closer this animal must have heard the bike tires on the gravel and turned to look at them, it stood up on it's hind legs and ran into the forest, my wife said they rode as fast as they could pedal home running in the house screaming and crying to her parents they had just seen a werewolf and to this day my wife and mother in-law say it happened... My wife's description is what looked like a black German shepherd sitting facing away from them but as it turned and stood up it was more wolf like.
I have a husky, I always thought it would be the most frightening thing in the world to encounter a giant one that walked like a human and wanted to devour me 😱

In December 2009, I took my family into the mountains near the Little Naches River to find a Christmas tree. This was an extremely cold, dry winter, very little snow, but not enough to block Little Naches Road, so we were able to drive in quite a ways. We found a side road and turned off, and went up this side road about a quarter of a mile and stopped. The first thing we noticed was an abandoned campsite, with two tents still standing. Of course we went to the campsite and took a look around. One tent still had sleeping bags but they were pulled part way out of the tent, about a quarter of the way out. There didn't seem to be any bodies, and there were no vehicles. In fact, we hadn't seen another vehicle all day, probably due to the extreme cold. Anyways, the other tent contained only a 50 pound bag of dog food, nothing else. But what stood out about the bag is that it was open not from the top, but from the center of the front panel, as if someone, or something, poked a hole in the front of the bag and peeled it back like peeling a banana. We looked around some more and found that there were several utensils laying about on the ground, as well as some litter. It kind of creeped us out, so we moved on to look for a Christmas tree. We weren't finding what we wanted and the kids were getting cold, so we all went back to our Suburban were my wife was waiting with out youngest child. I told the kids to wait with mom and that I would walk up the road a piece and find a tree. My middle daughter, however, would have no part of waiting in the car and insisted on coming with me. So she did. We walked a ways up the road until we couldn't see the Suburban due to the curve of the road. This road was cut into the side of a hill like many mountain roads, with trees on the uphill side of the road and sort of a brushy creek bottom on the downhill side. We started finding some potential trees along the downhill side of the road. Ultimately, we stopped and selected the tree we would cut. As we started cutting this tree down, (I was using a small bow saw,) we started hearing the brush snap and crack below us in this brushy bottom. Now to this day I dont know why this didn't terrify me, but it didn't. I kind of thought it might be a bow hunter being a smart ass and sneaking up on us. I started saying things like, that's a good way to get yourself shot at, and stuff like that, loud enough to be heard, but the brush crackling and twigs snapping just continued. Then, just as we were about to finish the cut on this tree, a whistle came from down in that brush. Even though my daughter urged me to whistle back, I could not. I was completely unnerved. We grabbed that tree and high tailed it out of there. I had my daughter walk in front of me so I was between her and whoever or whatever whistled. We got back to the Suburban, tied on the Christmas tree, and drove back home. I developed a scenario in my mind that the camp had been abandoned because bigfoots were threatening or harassing the hunters there. Once the hunters left, the bigfoots rummaged around looking for food and found the dogfood bag. They could probably smell it through the bag, because you know how dogfood smells, so they poked a hole in the bag and peeled the paper back like peeling a banana. Later, when we came along, the bigfoots were still there, at least two of them, hiding and watching us. They followed my daughter and I up the road and one of them started stalking us. Then, at some point, it whistled to its friend to come catch us. I think we made it out of there in the nick of time. Maybe the bow saw looked enough like a gun to keep them at bay. We'll never know for sure.
I have been very fortunate to still be here where I am today, in one piece unscathed too. Having hiked numerous places, solo, without any incidents even though I had a semi close encounter with a Griz and very close encounter with a male Black bear in Montana.....jeez. When it is time to go, leaving this life, you or I cannot prevent that from happening even if we try to lock ourselves in our houses.....probably trip down the stairs 😂😂. Hiking Solo is awesome, encountering wildfires sucks, the smoke the disorientation of direction sucks too. I never had any issues even when a cougar followed me in AZ in the Grand Canyon when I was hiking down on the Tonto Trail at 2am under a full moon. Nature is Nature and we don't control nature. The Squatchie's are a cool race and they are here to coexist with us knowing who and what we are. They know the ones who are ok and not ok. I was interviewing for a job during the storm that set off that fire. Got the job, & later, when the fire fighting helicoprer came in for water for another fire, had to direct people to steer clear of them. Heck, we even had a fire near our park, & the ashes washed into the resevoir during a storm a couple weeks later, & people were asking what it was in the water. I'd already firgotten abt the sm fire &(LOL, stupidly) didn't connect the dits until days later! But yeah, that fire caused the Tocquerville exit sign to really blister & cracckle. It was dramatically different looking between my interview triop & the time I headed down to start my job!

The people who get to see Sasquatch should feel very fortunate! I’m always looking around when in the woods or any wilderness areas, hoping to catch a glimpse of Sasquatch.
The Oympics were my backyard growing up. Mt. Olympus is the highest peak at 7,980 ft, not Mt Washington. It's glaciated and basecamp is at the 18-mile mark of the Hoh River Trail. The Hoh River Trail itself receives a lot of traffic through the first 12 miles or so. The forest is there is dense. I've crisscrossed Olympic National Park many times, nothing to report. However, I did have a similar experience to the first story in the Pasayten Wilderness in North Central Washington, just south of the border. It's really remote. I was hiking down the last two miles to the Windy Peak Trailhead, through an area that had burned, when I tree suddenly came crashing down to my right, about 100-ft away. No big deal. I didn't think much about it. It was hot, but no wind. Then a little further down, another tree came crashing down, to my right. Odd, but it was a burnt out area and that's to be expected. Hike a little further, another tree crashes down. Okay, now I was beginning to get a little creeped out! During the last twenty minutes or so to my car, another 2-3 trees fall. I was skeeved out by the time I got to my car at Long Swamp Campground but then felt relief. I was hungry and made some lunch. Positioned myself on a picnic table so I could look up the hillside, which I had a clear view of from the campground. A couple more trees crashed down, sounded like they were maybe 200-300 feet up the hillside. I ate quickly and decided I had enough of the forest for the day! Drove back through Loomis, got some gas and an and thought to ask a local about it but nah! It felt like these trees were crashing down in parallel to the trail as I hiked down, almost as if I was being escorted out!
Interesting. I grew up in northwest Montana and had something very large moving around me through some thick brush. I didn’t see it but I could see the brush moving, and smelled it. A clan moving as a family unit, fleeing the fire makes total sense and is consistent with other stories and observations. I currently live in southern Utah, I had a Boy Scout troop up on Cedar Mountain and since we were the only ones up there, I figured I’d play with the boys and make some wood knocks…but it changed a bit when I was answered with knocks from deeper in the woods. I KNOW we were the only people up there, and we were at the end of the road so…yeah. And all the next three days we had a small herd of deer bedding down at the edge of camp. This seems to imply there was some scarier than us in the woods.

That's awesome two stories in one. Danielle in Washington witnessed a tree climbing, bird's nest thief of a sasquatch that could sat on her once it descended! Then Janice the wildland firefighter sees not one, not two, not even three but a whole clan of seven to eight or nine sasquatches, if that last one was carrying an infant. All of them very calm, methodical and determined while escaping a wildfire in Utah. It's a good thing she didn't holler out to them. Can you imagine, what their response would've been! Great stories, and I believe them both! Especially the one with the group of Big foot escaping the fire. I can see that totally happening. Especially since my brothers and I ran into a family group when we were kids. So yes, I believe it. Sorry she was rediculed. I am glad you have this channel so that people can share their stories and have an outlet for their experiences. It is really important for people to be able to tell their stories and to be validated. I think my brothers and myself, all we ever wanted to was to be validated. So far, no one has validated us. We have continually been rejected. No one wants to tell our story. Or stories of our experiences. Which disappoints us. I have finally accepted it.
The Hoh rainforest gets over 200" in places. I fought forest fires for 3 years as a volunteer. Some of the best experiences I have had. This is how I served my country.
I love the shot of the woman walking through the mossy forest. When I was a student at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC I love the landscape. almost anywhere I went there was plenty of shade, rocks, creeks, and moss. More pleasant than the red mud and hot fields in the Piedmont area of my home town.
Hey Chris! Thanks for the experiences you share from others and also yourself..I learned a lesson of not telling people about unusual sightings. I will give you a short version of mine and my neighbor. I am in my 70s now, this happened on my birthday back in november of 2011.I had just gotten done with my work, it was 8pm, my phone rang so I let it go to answering machine, after rapping up some paperwork I listened to my message. It was a neighbor who lived down the road. the message was slightly garbled, but I heard her say...Barbara please come help me with the horses, there are hundreds of bats in the field....I got in my car and drove to her place. It wa a windy night partly cloudy and the moon was bright. I shouted out to her that Im here, where are the bats? She was standing in the middle of the field. She said ... "bats?, no bats, look up, its crafts! I was next to the barn, I looked up and saw hundreds of dimly lit circle shaped objects flying from north to south west.they were about 6 across and going at a good pace. ! She said to come out to where she was, but since I almost fainted from fear, I reached for the barn wall and held on so I wouldnt fall. and looking up to watch the "craft" going across the sky.I stood there for about 30mins. I was so scared and trembling all over I told her I needed to go.on my way home Gray colored light fog closed up my view of the sky. she called me at around 11pm and said... the last of the craft had gone over.. We dont know what that was all about, but everytime I tried to write to ufo sighting pages, the story got disappeared. Years later I tried to tell about it on coast to coast, I got on the show but was cut off halfway through and couldnt get through again.

makes sense. Any animal with intelligence or not would run away from fire especially if it threatened to destroy your home. They evacuated with a lot more calm and order than we would I think. 12 of them though, I wonder how large their territory was.
Canada is known for it's vast thick wilderness and sightings of sasquatch within it, with all the large wildfires in recent years, I've wondered if the sasquatch went North or South into the US to escape.
Thanks for telling another intriguing story. These big fires disrupt the lives of so many creatures. To have a siting of such a large group of Sasquatch is such a rare event. I hope that they were safe and managed to out run that fire.

Only once have I been in the northwest to see the tremendous forests in Oregon, Washington and California. Wow! How awesome. As a kid, I loved to roam the woods in New Hampshire. I now live in the Cleveland area; our forests are rather tame. How I long to go strolling in those sublime forests of Oregon and Washington. When I watch your stories, I often think of what might have been lurking behind those trees that I drove past some years ago. Interestingly, at the time we were traveling through those forests, my son, who is very sensitive, was very agitated. He was really freaking out about the woods, even though we were just driving through. I wonder now if he sensed something in the woods that we didn't see. We stopped at a local store, deep in the woods, and bought him a teddy bear to try and comfort him. Did he sense a bigfoot or something? For me, I only saw the beauty of those huge trees, and thought it was one of the most awesome and beautiful things I have ever seen. Hopefully, one day I can return to go hiking in those forests. I was nearby cove fort quad riding alone just 5 miles outside of Munroe Utah along a foothill trail. I stopped for a rest, and while I was observing a nearby thicket of brush and trees, I was suddenly overwhelmed by a feeling of dread and vulnerability; for the first time in my life. I felt like I was being watched... I got back on my quad and got the hell,outa there. I believe now I was being watched by Sasquatch. Didn't see it, but I definitely got that feeling that people describe.
Oh my gosh..... I know that gas station in Utah. I was moving from UT to NM. Normally drove back and forth on back roads....did not use the I 15 US / I 70 US roads. I had a SUV, a small U Haul and four cats. and my plants. I had waited nearly an extra day to leave as there was one blizzard after another near Draper, UT. I stopped at that gas station as the snow began to fall. It felt so strange. One of my plants broke out the back of my SUV. I cleaned it up. I was the only one there with the attendant who was nice. It was a surreal experience. I got onto I 70 East and I was the only vehicle in the middle of the night. It was a blizzard, white out. It was unreal. I had a deadline to meet my moving truck co by a specific time I was driving in a blizzard. It's beautiful country but very curvy....it's like driving through a National Park in the day time. At night it was pitch black. I drove the middle of several lanes in a blizzard all night. Finally the snow let up in Farmington,NM by Cuba, NM I knew I was going to make my deadline. It was free of snow, nice and sunny whet my new home was. I will never forget that gas station because there was such an odd feeling. I went through there spring 2009. Glad to hear that gas survived. I worked for the USFS in New Mexico a few years later. Love Southern Utah. Beautiful Red Rock country. Fascinating stories !
My family is from the area around North Carolina and as a child, our family has had some stories of big foot people. They were shared with the Cherokee family members because many had seen them in the forest. Some of the family don’t want to talk about it. I think it doesn’t go well with their Baptist way of thinking. 😢

Amazing story about the hotshot firefighter. I've often wondered why we don't hear more accounts of Sasquatch encounters and sightings from wildland firefighters, especially those working forest fires. One would think that the bigfoot creatures would flee from wildfires just like any other animal or human. Very interesting.

This is partly why I don't share some things that I've witnessed in my lifetime. I believe there is so much out there that we can't see and experience. Then, at some point, it whistled to its friend to come catch us. I think we made it out of there in the nick of time. Maybe the bow saw looked enough like a gun to keep them at bay. We'll never know for sure.
Good thing you got out in time. That was Sabe for sure (bigfoot). They whistle and imitate animals and people.

I have been very fortunate to still be here where I am today, in one piece unscathed too. Having hiked numerous places, solo, without any incidents even though I had a semi close encounter with a Griz and very close encounter with a male Black bear in Montana.....jeez.
When it is time to go, leaving this life, you or I cannot prevent that from happening even if we try to lock ourselves in our houses.....probably trip down the stairs 😂😂.
Hiking Solo is awesome, encountering wildfires sucks, the smoke the disorientation of direction sucks too. I never had any issues even when a cougar followed me in AZ in the Grand Canyon when I was hiking down on the Tonto Trail at 2am under a full moon.
Nature is Nature and we don't control nature.
The Squatchie's are a cool race and they are here to coexist with us knowing who and what we are. They know the ones who are ok and not ok.

I was interviewing for a job during the storm that set off that fire. Got the job, & later, when the fire fighting helicoprer came in for water for another fire, had to direct people to steer clear of them. Heck, we even had a fire near our park, & the ashes washed into the resevoir during a storm a couple weeks later, & people were asking what it was in the water. I'd already firgotten abt the sm fire &(LOL, stupidly) didn't connect the dits until days later! But yeah, that fire caused the Tocquerville exit sign to really blister & cracckle. It was dramatically different looking between my interview triop & the time I headed down to start my job!

The Oympics were my backyard growing up. Mt. Olympus is the highest peak at 7,980 ft, not Mt Washington. It's glaciated and basecamp is at the 18-mile mark of the Hoh River Trail. The Hoh River Trail itself receives a lot of traffic through the first 12 miles or so. The forest is there is dense. I've crisscrossed Olympic National Park many times, nothing to report. However, I did have a similar experience to the first story in the Pasayten Wilderness in North Central Washington, just south of the border. It's really remote. I was hiking down the last two miles to the Windy Peak Trailhead, through an area that had burned, when I tree suddenly came crashing down to my right, about 100-ft away. No big deal. I didn't think much about it. It was hot, but no wind. Then a little further down, another tree came crashing down, to my right. Odd, but it was a burnt out area and that's to be expected. Hike a little further, another tree crashes down. Okay, now I was beginning to get a little creeped out! During the last twenty minutes or so to my car, another 2-3 trees fall. I was skeeved out by the time I got to my car at Long Swamp Campground but then felt relief. I was hungry and made some lunch. Positioned myself on a picnic table so I could look up the hillside, which I had a clear view of from the campground. A couple more trees crashed down, sounded like they were maybe 200-300 feet up the hillside. I ate quickly and decided I had enough of the forest for the day! Drove back through Loomis, got some gas and an and thought to ask a local about it but nah! It felt like these trees were crashing down in parallel to the trail as I hiked down, almost as if I was being escorted out!
Interesting. I grew up in northwest Montana and had something very large moving around me through some thick brush. I didn’t see it but I could see the brush moving, and smelled it.
A clan moving as a family unit, fleeing the fire makes total sense and is consistent with other stories and observations.
I currently live in southern Utah, I had a Boy Scout troop up on Cedar Mountain and since we were the only ones up there, I figured I’d play with the boys and make some wood knocks…but it changed a bit when I was answered with knocks from deeper in the woods. I KNOW we were the only people up there, and we were at the end of the road so…yeah. And all the next three days we had a small herd of deer bedding down at the edge of camp. This seems to imply there was some scarier than us in the woods.

That's awesome two stories in one. Danielle in Washington witnessed a tree climbing, bird's nest thief of a sasquatch that could sat on her once it descended! Then Janice the wildland firefighter sees not one, not two, not even three but a whole clan of seven to eight or nine sasquatches, if that last one was carrying an infant. All of them very calm, methodical and determined while escaping a wildfire in Utah. It's a good thing she didn't holler out to them. Can you imagine, what their response would've been! Great stories, and I believe them both! Especially the one with the group of Big foot escaping the fire. I can see that totally happening. Especially since my brothers and I ran into a family group when we were kids. So yes, I believe it. Sorry she was rediculed. I am glad you have this channel so that people can share their stories and have an outlet for their experiences. It is really important for people to be able to tell their stories and to be validated. I think my brothers and myself, all we ever wanted to was to be validated. So far, no one has validated us. We have continually been rejected. No one wants to tell our story. Or stories of our experiences. Which disappoints us. I have finally accepted it.

I live in the Sierras 10 miles from Yosemite it's east of me. California native. Viking and Twins are my teams. But up here it's all outdoors.
The Hoh rainforest gets over 200" in places. I fought forest fires for 3 years as a volunteer. Some of the best experiences I have had. This is how I served my country.
I love the shot of the woman walking through the mossy forest. When I was a student at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC I love the landscape. almost anywhere I went there was plenty of shade, rocks, creeks, and moss. More pleasant than the red mud and hot fields in the Piedmont area of my home town.
You described the rain forest perfectly. I live out here and knew when you said And the trees are covered with ...moss! Yes, true.

Hey Chris! Thanks for the experiences you share from others and also yourself..I learned a lesson of not telling people about unusual sightings. I will give you a short version of mine and my neighbor. I am in my 70s now, this happened on my birthday back in november of 2011.I had just gotten done with my work, it was 8pm, my phone rang so I let it go to answering machine, after rapping up some paperwork I listened to my message. It was a neighbor who lived down the road. the message was slightly garbled, but I heard her say...Barbara please come help me with the horses, there are hundreds of bats in the field....I got in my car and drove to her place. It wa a windy night partly cloudy and the moon was bright. I shouted out to her that Im here, where are the bats? She was standing in the middle of the field. She said ... "bats?, no bats, look up, its crafts! I was next to the barn, I looked up and saw hundreds of dimly lit circle shaped objects flying from north to south west.they were about 6 across and going at a good pace. ! She said to come out to where she was, but since I almost fainted from fear, I reached for the barn wall and held on so I wouldnt fall. and looking up to watch the "craft" going across the sky.I stood there for about 30mins. I was so scared and trembling all over I told her I needed to go.on my way home Gray colored light fog closed up my view of the sky. she called me at around 11pm and said... the last of the craft had gone over.. We dont know what that was all about, but everytime I tried to write to ufo sighting pages, the story got disappeared. Years later I tried to tell about it on coast to coast, I got on the show but was cut off halfway through and couldnt get through again.
I forgot to say she had started watching the lights at 5pm they went on until 11pm

makes sense. Any animal with intelligence or not would run away from fire especially if it threatened to destroy your home. They evacuated with a lot more calm and order than we would I think. 12 of them though, I wonder how large their territory was.
Canada is known for it's vast thick wilderness and sightings of sasquatch within it, with all the large wildfires in recent years, I've wondered if the sasquatch went North or South into the US to escape.

Thanks for telling another intriguing story. These big fires disrupt the lives of so many creatures. To have a siting of such a large group of Sasquatch is such a rare event. I hope that they were safe and managed to out run that fire.

Only once have I been in the northwest to see the tremendous forests in Oregon, Washington and California. Wow! How awesome. As a kid, I loved to roam the woods in New Hampshire. I now live in the Cleveland area; our forests are rather tame. How I long to go strolling in those sublime forests of Oregon and Washington. When I watch your stories, I often think of what might have been lurking behind those trees that I drove past some years ago. Interestingly, at the time we were traveling through those forests, my son, who is very sensitive, was very agitated. He was really freaking out about the woods, even though we were just driving through. I wonder now if he sensed something in the woods that we didn't see. We stopped at a local store, deep in the woods, and bought him a teddy bear to try and comfort him. Did he sense a bigfoot or something? For me, I only saw the beauty of those huge trees, and thought it was one of the most awesome and beautiful things I have ever seen. Hopefully, one day I can return to go hiking in those forests. I was nearby cove fort quad riding alone just 5 miles outside of Munroe Utah along a foothill trail. I stopped for a rest, and while I was observing a nearby thicket of brush and trees, I was suddenly overwhelmed by a feeling of dread and vulnerability; for the first time in my life. I felt like I was being watched... I got back on my quad and got the hell,outa there. I believe now I was being watched by Sasquatch. Didn't see it, but I definitely got that feeling that people describe.

Oh my gosh..... I know that gas station in Utah.
I was moving from UT to NM. Normally drove back and forth on back roads....did not use the I 15 US / I 70 US roads.
I had a SUV, a small U Haul and four cats. and my plants.
I had waited nearly an extra day to leave as there was one blizzard after another near Draper, UT.
I stopped at that gas station as the snow began to fall. It felt so strange. One of my plants broke out the back of my SUV. I cleaned it up.
I was the only one there with the attendant who was nice.
It was a surreal experience. I got onto I 70 East and I was the only vehicle in the middle of the night. It was a blizzard, white out. It was unreal.
I had a deadline to meet my moving truck co by a specific time
I was driving in a blizzard. It's beautiful country but very curvy....it's like driving through a National Park in the day time. At night it was pitch black.
I drove the middle of several lanes in a blizzard all night. Finally the snow let up in Farmington,NM by Cuba, NM I knew I was going to make my deadline.
It was free of snow, nice and sunny whet my new home was.
I will never forget that gas station because there was such an odd feeling. I went through there spring 2009.
Glad to hear that gas survived.
I worked for the USFS in New Mexico a few years later.

My family is from the area around North Carolina and as a child, our family has had some stories of big foot people. They were shared with the Cherokee family members because many had seen them in the forest. Some of the family don’t want to talk about it. I think it doesn’t go well with their Baptist way of thinking. 😢

Amazing story about the hotshot firefighter. I've often wondered why we don't hear more accounts of Sasquatch encounters and sightings from wildland firefighters, especially those working forest fires. One would think that the bigfoot creatures would flee from wildfires just like any other animal or human. Very interesting.
