"A Golden Submarine" painting by James Swanson

In this painting video I am working on one of my favorite subjects te Water Dog. In this scene we see my dog Fenrir laying in the water next to the shore on a hot sunny day. What I want to capture is the swirl of water going around him. I will be taking you through the design and color palette and finish of with a good clean painting block in.
