ARROZ CON POLLO in INSTANT POT | RICE WITH CHICKEN IN THE INSTANT POT

Today I'm going to share with you my recipe for making Arroz con pollo, chicken with rice in the INSTANT POT. I hope that you enjoy it!
Ingredients:
6. boneless/skinless chicken thighs
3 cups long grain rice
3 cups water
3tbs vinegar
2 tbs sofrito
3 tsp adobo
cilantro
chopped red pepper
1tsp turmeric
1tsp cumin
1tsp oregano
a little pepper
