2 Step Tomahawk Steak

  • Not my first rodeo here with a big, beautiful Tomahawk steak (an homage of sorts to the Calgary Stampede!) done in two steps: seasoned and onto the Yoder pellet smoker, then finished over the live fire on the komodo. Finished with bespoke artisan Ontario blue cheese, melt-in-your-mouth perfection!

    That looks super delicious! Stampede just wrapped up here in Calgary but I might just make this anyway. :)
