Just want to say thanks for actually reading comments and taking suggestions, i was so happy to see a Enhancement shaman being shown because i want to learn more as i think this will be my class for vanilla. Great video as always.

@JJoe yea so hard class 3 totem and 1 flash heal..... I dont Play vanila there is no balance skill arena resilience... And bad pve players 1400 rating 500-900 score are able to kill You.. So no ty ill stay to wotlk. When you Play something That needs fingers and at the right expansion we Will speak again. Now stick to vanila and ground the hoj which is the most easyest think and do Like exe who thinks he do god plays

1:03 Kind of a noob hunter though. I'd pop Scattershot, but maybe she wasn't MM specc'ed. And why would she even bother to Feign Death with that much hp left? I'd also make a "Target X" macro, and be sure to stay on him from range. It's important to keep the best pvp'er in the gy if possible.
Learning so much from all of your videos i love how you break down every play and even every thought behind what you do. Also the fact that you said pom for the mage and then even broke down the abriviation to precsense of mind little things like that are so helpful because not everyone knows every single spell for every class. subbed!

Hey man love your videos, never really learned how to setup my keybinds to be effective in PvP. If you could make a short video showing what you use for keybind and movement keys I would really appreciate it. Keep up the good work!

Hardest part of this class is spending time as a resto shaman (unless you're the one enhance guy at all the raids) for 6 months to gear up and respec.

Elemental isn't bad for raiding. I know I'm 5 years late, but I made it work in 2019 and I'm making it work in 2024 (On Deviate Delight, a 'fresh' server)

Most importantly, people fucking die... in retail it feels like fights are endless, either they are over in 2s or over 3min and thats shit. In classic most fights are about 20s to a min maxium and thats the best.

Honestly going for a weaker weapon that can take advantage of Windfury for CC procs is brilliant. When I saw Earthshaker in the thumbnail I was like "oh that is evil."

What I like about this video is it shows Enhance Shaman can still be viable and hold their own, but you don't need to show just a compilation of just WF crits.

you should swap weapons once the stun procs, because of the internal CD

I've been back and fourth on maining a Shaman ever since Classic got announced. Enhancement Shaman rally speaks to me, but after some testing I had big problems making it work in PvP on private servers. That in combination with no good PvP guides for any enchancement spec made me lose hope. Thanks for giving me a spark of hope.

Would you be willing to create a video just going through and explaining how and why you set up your cast bar setup? How do you determine your spell rank choices and positions on the cast bars for any of the classes? Also maybe go through what your addon choices are? Just kind of a basic UI setup video?

Hey man what are your thoughts on sod shaman ? Did you theorycraft anything tasty ? I'm thinking of going tanky utility with shield rune/water shield/shaman rage to assist a friend, taking advatange of the mana regen tools we now have. Also feel like ancestor's guidance can have massive burst potential, healing power trinkets + ns your fatest heal is so much instant tempo, between massively healing yourself/warrior friend and nuking a dangerous foe in a split second... what u got ? Love your vids and breakdowns

Im new to classic and never played shaman, wondering why you specced into shield talent when youre only gonna use a 2h? Do you switch to shield for any reason

The unstoppable force would be such a beast in the hands of an enhancement shaman though. That knockdown proc probably goes off so much thanks to windfury.
Smart men think alike. I use the same talents. How do u feel about enh shaman vs warrior? Personally I feel like shaman is all about wf proc, warrior is an unstoppable beast as long as u don’t die never run out of mana
Enhancement shaman is all RNG with WF. Warrior is consistent damage, but needs crits.
The lack of gap-closers makes enh seem awkward af.
I guess the best bet is to hang back and provide utility until a warrior charges in / rogue opens on backline etc
Enh shaman sucks in pvp. They die too quickly, especially if you rush in. You either burst or go home.

In order for the squall ability to work constantly, you need things with the dexterity and sulfuras attribute.Namely, clothes for dexterity to get a crit and the ability to squall. So, the main attribute is dexterity.Alchemy. An oil that gives an amplification effect with a 15 percent chance of taking damage from the forces of darkness.

You took the shield spec but from what I've seen in the video, you actually never switch weapons for defensive purpose, so what's the point ?

those moments where you need to heal could be capitalized on in restoration which can also give you extra armor if it crits plus if you tie it to berserking and the heal gets off (which it most likely will since its being cast 30% faster) you can use the remaining berserking seconds to swing faster (it *stacks* with flurry so that's 60% attack speed the crit chance can be compensated with some raid stuff and HoJ trinket)

I wish I put more effort into playing Enhancement. I was pretty much Resto through the life cycle of Classic and I dabbled in Ele for PvP.

for when he has to kill rogues. you equip shield and 1hander.

@@stevenkent5351 While that is a very specific situation, you're essentially putting in 5 talent points to vs rogues and thats it! and that is if you win against the rogue. You would only benefit from that if you have your shield on before the rogue does alot of dmg to you, and who sees rogues coming? ;)
also, you can't really afford to slowly kill a rogue with enh/ele, unless youre enh/resto. Its better to just have the 5% more mana in all circumstances than 5 points into a shield which you rarely use. :)

Maybe a strange question, but how miserable is Enhance until you're super geared? Is it worth trying for Classic?
as soon as u hit lvl30 u have a chance to 1shot your oponent with any branch/stick out there ) At lvl 40 with stormstrike you have more reliable melee damage. Shaman is powerfull all the way, it is not like warrior
Lol not like warrior??? Think you need to make an account here on hen and actually play classic... Good warrior kick your ass as enhancement and you're forced to wear a sword and board or get cut down in two shots.

Nice, played ENH too in the realm but I still took the mana talent since i never used shield tbh. Also i prefered LS or 30 spell on weapon, plus spell hit/crit gear apart from pvp full gear. That's because I found the crusader procs rarely and u are getting your self cc'ed too much without a pocket healer and also by having more spell crit+spell dmg (including +2% crit to shocks) I'd do 1k crit on shocks and have Elemental Devastation proc all the time which made my melee hit high enough itself.
Also remove the remove poison spell and spam the remove poison consumable pot, since it requires no mana.
EDIT: how do you change gear, without them being in your actions bars? Is it an addon or?

I think the WF proccing weapon effects is a private server only thing, esfand tested on paladin with reckoning and he said it didn't work.
They should proc weapon effects, as reckoning/WF give bonus melee swings. "On next swing" effects shouldn't work, but % chance proc items should.
Why the talent points for extra shield block when you dont use a shield?
You said windfury that like button but I need to know if I'm using the windfury wep enchant or the windfury totem, one clicks the like button 3 times and the other clicks the like button twice. ; )
