This is a game showing how selfish, sneaky, and clever people will be for a million dollars. It's for money, this isn't a missionary trip. Yeah, I understand what you mean. I guess it depends on how early you were adopted and if you remember your birth parents. In Dan's case, I'm pretty sure he was adopted as a baby, so he would have had a long time to bond with his new parents and wouldn't remember his original parents. It is probably a lot easier to deal with being adopted, when you don't even remember another time, although I'm sure it still is a bit sad to know that your birth parents didn't want you, even if you don't know them.
