Possibly the coolest hideaway device ever designed.
In the 18th century, high end furniture often contained secret compartments with the concept of: if they can't find it, they can't steal it.
This shelving unit contains ample storage for documents, valuables, and firearms. Because it is custom made, it is available in your choice of wood or custom colors. Dimensions can be altered to suit your needs. Shelving or compartments are customizable for your specific application.
    Other pieces available are:
Entertainment centers, Nightstands, coffee tables, dressers, tables, chests, jewelry boxes, and more. Be sure to subscribe to check back for new videos of additional pieces.

Why not? Who are YOU too say how many of ANYTHING someone can own? The way things are going, even this stash may not be enough. If he's smart, the right side that is now empty will soon be stocked as well! Kudos for such an innovative and beautiful piece of functional furniture. Wish I had a set of these shelves. :-)

This is so cool I love it. I would have liked to build something like this into a desk bookcase. For my mother when she was alive. Built into the house and bolted to the floor and walls for major earthquakes where I lived. Yes this is what I think is top standard. Cool designs.

    1 word. Prepared.
    Another word might be Zompocalypse.
A full statement might be: There are those of us who are gun enthusiasts, just like there are car or computer or gadget or boat or comic book enthusiasts. Some rifles and pistols are specialized. Some are collectables. Some are sentimental (might have belonged to a grandfather for instance). The engineering truly makes them individual works of art.

Just a tip, storing guns in foam or padded cases causes them to sweat which produces rust and is a bad environment for any metallic objsect to be stored in. I love the idea of storing in plain sight and good luck with your business.

Out of curiosity wouldn't help the secret compartment illusion is the center line created to make it look like two separate shelving units be removed to give it the look of one solid unit from top to bottom, and perhaps making the bottom drawer one unit. A natural wood look clearly points out separations with different wood grains and such. It you can make this in a black lacquered look might be different.

Do both sides open the same way or is it only fully opened (front and side) on the right?.
If it's only the right is it possible to have it switched... I want to install this into a wall with the left flush with the end of the wall so it opens (fully) on the left and front hinge on the right...
