That was really great. Loved the guests! You were in my ear for the entire time while food shopping at Costco and trader Joe's. Even though doing mundane errands enjoyed being with fellow hikers longing to get out there.
really love these chats! They are a little tough on the sleep schedule being in Ukraine. Had to bail before Frozen, but it was a good coffee chat this morning. Keep 'em coming!
Your recent podcast interview was phenomenal. Love to hear in-depth about the passion behind your projects. Inspiring. I would like to see more of giving back. If I hike a trail, I make a donation to the association if one exists. Since I'm not a content creator, I don't know what else to offer. But you're convincing me to have more of a voice. One thing I'm passionate about is making sure that hiking is more formally recognized as a facet in mental health treatment and helping people who might not know about hiking or be able to afford to just go buy everything required get out there and get started. I'm also really interested in there being more accessible trails for people who use wheelchairs. I work with the disabled community a lot and every time I go do something that's good for me and my health and enjoyment, I can't not keep thinking about who doesn't get that opportunity.
Sintax77 is one of the main ones who got me into hiking. I started watching his stuff and got out and started going places. Then I looked for more places and inspiration on youtube and found you :)
GUYS HACK : If you have a empty little can of deodorant you can easily refill it with fly spray or surface spray (permethrin) ,mosquito repellent and deodorant just by putting the top gas valves together like refilling a big lighter:) but keep the can your filling on top upside down to collect more contents , Have fun hiking with your new teeny tiny little flyspray ....by;)
There should be a gear list video on his channel somewhere. People usually carry leggings or wind pants. For water, yes. Walk through. By wearing trail runners and light weight socks you are able to just dry your shoes as you walk. Honestly most of the time I get to a crossing I am thrilled because it feels great on my feet lol.
A few suggestions/questions: Why not start the stream Live but with the ability to rewind while it's live? The Audio Quality of the first guest was really bad and makes this a very unpleasant listening experience. It's the most important thing to have good audio quality for a successful podcast so i would filter these guest out if they can't provide good audio quality. After the Live Show offer the Audio as a podcast. There is no real reason today anymore to watch something where Video does not offer anything other than face expressions. That's why podcast are so popular you are not bound to the screen and can listen at x3 speed. Other than that great stuff keep it going!
Elina’s work is unique and fantastic! I really enjoyed her style of production!
Another one to watch is Togs ~30 minutes for a complete feel of the AT ua-cam.com/video/eyh80NSnma8/v-deo.html Recommended.
Completely agree. I met Togs last year, she's just a beautiful soul.
Thanks for the heads up.
I love the genuine geeking out over all the different camera gear, you can clearly see all the enthusiasm in all these interviews.
You should have Shug on one of these! That guy is a gas!
Enjoyed seeing you and Frozen. My wife is a HUGE Pens hockey fan and Frozen is as well. She (and I) love watching
you both. Great job and thank you.
really enjoying the live chats. Thanks, so much love for the Pinhoti in Alabama
Love Elina and as we Aussies claim Kiwis as our own, she is super cool. Loved her view of the PCT.

Would love to see you interview IBTAT.
Yes Please!!!
since you hike in shorts, do you just deal with cold legs or carry pants also? stream crossings, walk thru them and let the shoes dry while hiking?
