Realistically Pillar Men would have spoken Nahuatl, Ki'iche or some proto-Aztecan/Proto-Mayan language (actual Aztecs didn't exist 2000 years ago) And Tarkus and Bruford would have spoken Scottish Gaelic, but you were smart enough to not include Tarkus or Bruford

The pillarmen should've been speaking ancient regional languages though. Also part 3 Dio prided homself on not being a tourist so probably should've spoken arabic. Giorno was raised in Italy so should've spoken Italian. Similar to how part 3 Jonathan is treated as American.
