- The passenger compartment of the MY16 Renault Talisman remained stabled in the frontal impact. Dummy readings indicated good protection of the knees and femurs of the driver and passenger. Renault showed that a similar level of protection would be provided to occupants of different sizes and those sat in different positions. In the side barrier impact, protection of all body critical body regions was good apart from the chest, protection of which was adequate. In the more severe side pole test, dummy readings of rib compression indicated a marginal level of protection for the chest, with good protection of other parts of the body. in Euro NCAP's tests, the front seats and head restraints demonstrated good protection against whiplash injury in the event of a rear-end collision. A geometric assessment of the rear seats indicated good protection also for occupants of those seats. A low-speed autonomous emergency braking system is not available on the Talisman.
The Talisman scored full points for its protection of the 11⁄2 year dummy in the full scale crash tests. Forward movement of the 3 year dummy, sat in a forward-facing restraint, was not excessive and protection was good apart from marginally raised neck tensile forces. In the side barrier test, both dummies were properly contained within the protective shells of their restraints, minimising the risk of contact with parts of the vehicle interior. The front passenger airbag can be disabled to allow a rearward-facing child restraint to be used in that seating position. Clear information is provided to the driver about the status of the airbag and the system was rewarded. All of the restraint types for which the Talisman is designed could be correctly installed and accommodated in the car.
The bumper scored maximum points for its protection of pedestrians' legs, with good results at all test points. Protection of the pelvic region was mixed, with some areas of good performance and some poor. The protection provided by the bonnet to the head of a struck pedestrian was predominantly good or adequate, with poor results recorded only on the stiff windscreen pillars.

Yap bakayım şase malzemesinden aracı çarp bakayım eve noluyor araç dağılmaz ama boynun kırılır kafan kopar falan darbeyi emsin diye sağlam yapılmaz. kaportanın sağlamlığı pek önemli değildir. Günümüzde o kaputa vurarak sağlamlık ölçen dayılar arabadan gram anlamaz.

No, French cars today sucks,the bests was in the 80,90s and only a few ones,the rest garbage,an i work whit cars almost 20 years :)
my opinion takes into account the ratio between quality and price, for example the german cars are very expensive to maintain, i have personally a 2008 renault clio campus whitch works very fine at 183 000 km.
korean and Japanese cars are the best. cheap to maintain and reliable. .

Ermat Gaziemir 'den aldığım Renault Talisman değişik sorunlar ile bana teslim edildi (amortisör, direksiyon, koltuklar, ana ekran, koltuk soğutmaları, kasa titremesi, kasislerde kasanın içine vuruntu sesleri, emisyon sensörü, emniyet kemerini algılamama, frene bastığınızda sola çekme, şanzıman vb...)
Aracı aldıktan hemen 2 gün sonra problemleri sürüş esnasında tespit ederek kendilerine videoları ile ilettim sağ olsunlar ilgilendiler ilgi ve tavır ile ilgili kesinlikle bir sorun yok ama maalesef tüketici olarak Renault markasının verdiği sonuca bakmam gerekiyor.
Servise 2 ay içinde bir çok kez gittim ve geldim; her seferinde hallediyoruz diyerek aracı teslim alıp benzer ve aynı problemler ile "tekrar tekrar" teslim ettiler. Hatta son teslim ettiklerinde araç direksiyonu düz tuttuğunuzda titremeyle birlikte sağa doğru gidiyordu (komiklik değil cidden)
Aldığım "ilk" günden itibaren ilettiğim ve devam eden problem olan titreme için ise en sonunda 31/08 de önce kronik tanısı koydular (Renault Talisman alıyorsunuz d segment titreme ek özellik olarak geliyor yani opsiyonel alınmış ) ve sonra da son beni çileden çıkaran hareketi yapıp 01/09 da titreme lastiklerden diyerek ücret talep ettiler.
Toplamda 20 günden fazla serviste kalan neleri değiştiğini artık takip edemediğim bir araç hala aynı problemler ile tekrar şu an eksikleri ile (bir parça hala yok) serviste, ve şimdi de "sorunsuz" diyerek sattıkları aracı sorunsuz hale getirmek için (4 kere servise gidip hala aynı sorunlar ile iade edildiğini tekrar hatırlatayım hala emisyon ve bakım ışığı yanıyor) ücret talep ediyorlar. Anlamadıkları ise garanti vs istemiyorum zaten ki garantiden bir şey yapmıyorlar ve yapmadılar; aracı bana ilanlarında söyledikleri gibi sorunsuz teslim etmeleri gerekiyordu... Edilmedi, araçta çıkan tekrar kısaca :) sayıyorum; amortisör, direksiyon, koltuklar, ana ekran, koltuk soğutmaları, kasa titremesi, kasislerde kasanın içine vuruntu sesleri, emisyon sensörü, emniyet kemerini algılamama, frende yanlara kayma sorunları zaten normal bir araçta olamaması gereken problemler normal bir durum ve garanti kapsamında yapılan işler değil! İlandaki araç haline getirilmesi için olan işler!
Bu sorunlar 25 yaşında 500.000 km de **-**'ten bahsetmiyorum uzun anlattım konu karışmasın tekrar edeyim 5 yaşında 60.000 km de Talisman icon paket bu araç .

Chowbizful It's not sold in the UK, so don't know what the full prices are. But I'm sure one can be had for not much more that €20,000 based on the old Laguna prices.

Renault talisman developed in turkey
Like all renaults sidepole test is a REAL scandal. Those doors not safe and the weakest point as always in French cars. See, Volvo, VW even Fiat Egea. You'll see strenght of side bars and door safety. Renault should develop more about the sides of the their cars.

تحياتي الي جميع المسؤلين في الشركة رينو
أوجه نداءي الي اصحاب الشركة رينو
وبتحديد الوكيل البابطين في دولة الكويت
للاسف لديهم مسؤول في الشركه لا يحترم العملاء . عمن لديه الحب في الشراء او رغبه في الاستمرار فى التعامل مع السيارة رينو .
فهو يقوم بطرد بعض العملاء دون وجه الحق من الشركه ويقوم بدور الفرعون في التعامل مع الزبائن .
اما المصيبتي مع الشركه فهو قمت بشراء السيارة من الوكيل . وفي نفسه اللحظه كان هناك اصوات في السيارة وقمت بابلاغ المسؤل فقال لي عليه ان أراجع الورشة وتم بقاء السيارة في الورشة اكثر من 20 يوم .
وعندما ارد ان اقابل السيد / لورين
هنا قام السيد المحترم كارل صليبه بطردتي كانني حيوان
ارجو من السادة المسؤولين الشركة النظر في هذا الموضوع واتخاد الاجراءات اللازمة.

No matter how many stars, FRENCH CANT BUILD CARS. Thats it.
Why? The Talisman looks as good as an Audi or a VW, is very comfortable and more luxurious than any other car in its price range and starts at €27000. By the way, French cars haven't been disliked since their existence, it's the complete opposite; pre-WWII they were the most luxurious and desirable cars on the market and after the war they became some of the most rugged, durable and innovative cars until the 2000s, then they started to become bad. Educate yourself.

+Osman Ertürk Thats not your opinion that's a fact actually and you know marketing share is not same in all countries, it would be smarter to buy Passat because it's easier to sell, but I was talking about Engine and other equipments. Whatever Passat would be leader of Class D for a lot of years in Turkey.
