Emma did such a good job of describing some very complex dishes here! Us Brits love cuisine like this and it was almost as if I was eating the breads, dips, butter chicken and chickpeas with her! Side note - brilliant and hilarious video editing, too ☺
I was so happy when Emma won the challenge as me and my fiancé love sanaa. It’s where we celebrated my graduation and where we love to go when we get to Florida
We went to Sanaa on our last visit and loved it. The bread service was great and so was our dinners. Our server was fantastic! Then watching the animals with a toddler was just a perfect ending!
Wow! Restaurant reviews are Emma's calling! I watch a lot of WDW food reviews and this is the best one I've seen. I AM a picky eater and I am a texture eater. That butter chicken looks like something I wouldn't eat but Emma's description makes me less apprehensive about Sanaa. Thank you! And keep then coming!
My absolute favorite restaurant at Disney. We always save this restaurant for the night before we leave so that we have something special before we have to leave.
Robust and the head bob, Oh Emma your such a lovely young lady. Congrats on your win to experience this. I am curious who got to go with you. Will be watching DFB to see if I can figure it out
It would be nice to see best day ever budget friendly challenges in all the parks. Give the player a small but reasonable budget that will include ticket, genie if they choose to use it, food for the day, a few fun things and some fun take homes. break down price so viewers can see how their money can be used to obtain a best day on a budget.
My #1 favorite restaurant in all of WDW. I’ve eaten here more than any other and I’ve been going since the 70’s and this has only been open since 2009:)
@@worldpeace2648 it’s not a flat price it’s not buffet, etc it’s ala carte so check the menus online. Its pretty easy to get in but I always make a reservation if I know when I want to go just to make sure I get it
I dined at Sanaa once before and it was one of the most incredible meals I had ever had! Granted my view wasn't great, but it was dark out so it didn't matter. There was nothing put on the table that I didn't enjoy! Yes it's cavernous and loud, but based on the food alone, it's worth going out of your way only if you're at Disney longer than a quick weekend trip. And if you're scared of how adventurous the menu is, give it a try, the items you can try are super fascinating!
We went to Sanaa in June. I have to say the place is beautiful. Service was great. Sadly it’s not a place we really enjoyed the food at. The not thing any of us like was the butter chicken and of course the bread service. It’s not that the food was bad but it wasn’t our taste. We enjoy Indian food and African styles often but here it just wasn’t what we liked. I hope people really look at the menu and dissect it before getting a reservation. To my family, Jiko was way better.
We had what might be the worst meal we have ever had on property at Sanaa probably 10 years ago. First the service was the worst, it took 3 hours for the meal and it wasn't because we were enjoying it. Our server just ignored us so by the time we were done we were literally the last customers there. Restaurant 101, you never make your customers wait to order, get their drinks or pay. We waited for all those and more. The bread service was good but that was it. My son had to order a different drink his was so bad and he's a borderline alcoholic and will drink anything. My DIL ate two bites of her meal and that was it, because the service was so bad, the server never even noticed. We are not picky eaters, as a matter of fact, we enjoy eating international and different foods. At the time my son was stationed in Chicago and their favorite restaurant was actually an Indian one. We keep saying we should try it again since possibly they were having an off night but with so many choices at WDW, we haven't gotten around to it. I'll add, we also did not enjoy our meal at Jikos. The food was o.k. nothing great but, again, the service was bad. I'm o.k. with just o.k. food if I get good service but to pay close to $200 for 2 people(this was at least 6 or 7 years ago) and not get good service, nope. The one thing that stands out to me was I ordered a wine flight since I'd heard so much about the African wines and got the exact same wine 3 times. Ummmm, that is not a wine flight.
Emma, the phrase "simple genius" is something you should stick with on a self-branding level. Your personality is wonderful, of course, but consider embracing this idea of "simple genius" in future videos.
Its like watching Dug from Up do a restaurant review. "This glass of wine is... giraffe!". "Here is the hummus... bird!".
Tip - You can get the bread service via mobile order. After a long day at the parks, this was so easy to pickup and take to the room!!

Oh my. Sanaa! We got to eat there a few years back and it was so good! The bread with all the sauces is a must get!
The neck bob music is slaying me!🤣
The bread service is amazing 🤩
I give Emma credit. If I was eating there I would have forgotten about the food and just kept staring out the window 😂
Somehow have never been but so want to go- hopefully next trip. I didn’t know Emma was married! Love to see Mr. Emma someday. 😀

How much is it per adult? And would it be best making a reservation?

As much as I miss molly...Those blue eyes draw you in! Love your reviews!
Love this!! Great job Emma!!
I agree with you @Emma, Chicken Thighs FTW!! Need to stop here on our next trip.
I’m literally writing this down on my wishlist for my next trip now 😆

Love your reviews Emma! I’m going to put this on my list to go!
Could u guys do a video on if u can ride everything in Hollywood studios WITHOUT genie+?
I'm torn between one of the Epcot resorts, Yacht and Beach Club, or Boardwalk or Animal Kingdom Lodge! This video helps AKL 😂😂🤤🤤
Love the look of this restaurant ❤ great review Emma! Do you know if you aren’t staying in resort can you just rock up for breakfast?
I think I have to plan my next trip to stay at AKL because I want to eat at both Sanaa and Jiko.
Boma is also amazing! Can’t go wrong at AKL
I have bread service envy.

😅love this restaurant I went there in 2022
So, do these videos count as part of the "do everything at Disney" challenge?
Raita is pronounced r 👁️ ta. 😘
If the best part of Sanaa is the view, I’ll just go on safari and eat somewhere else 🤷♀️

I went there after seeing so many channels recommending it. It was not as awesome as they say. The food is just “ok” it is not even good.
You won’t taste the wine properly until you have it with food.

First!! :D
First
take a shot everytime Emma says “robust” 🥸
