I have to send a package to swedish customer and this video saved me!!! tusen tack !
Tusen tack! Swedish American, here,, really thankful to hear the language my heritage.
I'm a Westlund. Never to late to learn another language! Knowing how to be Thankful is a great first step!
You are grateful-tacksam. She forgot that
Tusen Tack!
this was a great one. a nice reminder that even though I'm using basic expressions like 'thank you' regularly , there are so many more interesting ways to say tack!
For some reason tack make me so happy like i love how it sounds so much it’s so lovely and so is Sweden ppl that i might start learn Swedish bc of it, tusen tack :D

Tusen tack, Mark and Lovisa
I just needed some basic words to please my Swedish ham friend, but I found myself I fell in love with Swedish pronunciation with enjoyment.
Double this intital information identically and you also have Norwegian. Thanks and thank you very much is the exact same. I only watched the video that far but they are very similar languages
One I might add:
"Tackar!" Or "Tackar tackar!"
I have a hard time defining exactly how it's used, but it's common. One example would of a situation could be if someone wishes you a happy birthday or congratulates you, you can respond with this.
Thanks for adding this!
Tack du means thank you
Tack för video
Tack själv 😃
Tack snälla
Var så god
Is a normal respons to..
Tack för maten.
What about "men tack!" Or "men du tack" is that correct? And when to use it.. I heard that a few times in Stockholm
What are the appropriate responses to ‘Tack’ in various situations. Till exempel ingenfära. Do we ever say varsågod (like we say welcome in english)
What is the meaning/connotation of "tackelitack"? Even my Swedish had a hard time explaining it to me...
My interpretation of this would be as a playful and friendly, but genuine, way of saying thanks.
If you're in a good mood and someone holds the door for you from a little too far away, and you have to kind of half jog as to not leave them hanging you can let them have the "tackeli-tack" as you catch the door enter/exit.
That's the way I might use it at least, and I'm Swedish. Hope that helps!
Let's keep those immigrants out and preserve our heritage!
