How I'm dealing with having gestational diabetes and an Eating disorder

Having and eating disorder and begin pregnant is hard enough ...
Add in something like gestation diabetes, with daily testing, insulin injections, food rules etc and its a total nightmare
if your going through this please remember you are NOT alone, there is support out there, but also stand up and advocate for your mental health as much as you advocate for your babies physical health
