I only use the hard cases for the shell, the foam comes out as soon as I get them. I’ll pack the soft cases with rifles then toss them in the hard shells for protection during transport, especially if I’m going to be out for a few days. I can leave the shells in the truck and carry the soft cases to the range and back. Works well for me.

For a first time gun owner what would you recommend? I have an ar I’m building and it’s my first gun. I want a case for safety purposes (I have a 4yr old nephew) but I like the modularity bags have ie carrying capacity, storage etc.

Man that Arsenal is sick. You should do a video on it. Always wanted one.

So you got one of Tommy Built's theme builds? Have you done a video on it? Looks like a Jango Fett theme T-36? Bet it costed quite a few pennies. If only HK would have decided to make and import some G-36 pistols. They would have sold well.
Nice cases. You could copy how deployment cases are set up and have a soft case inside the hard case with the firearm, accessories etc. Or just pack loaded soft cases into the hard cases for travel. Storage would take up less room simply keeping the empty soft cases inside the hard case shells.
