It typically doesn't work to try to build something new in China as a one off. They have to learn over time and build the talent / capabilites. Then you get the cost savings later on, but you have to get through the teething problems first so one offs don't work well. Good video.

Welcome to the world of discovering how not to do things in boat building. Great learning experiences ... very painful financially .... but hopefully ultimately rewarding ... As for Chinese yards not listening - that is par for course. Been there lots of times ... they hear, filter, interpret and do it their way - wrong!
When the Chinese start getting it right ... whoa ... that would be surprisingly amazing, but still just a dream.
There will never be anything right about communism and what it produces … It's inherently wrong on every level . = / W.T.F. ?

Yet China can build space ship. rocket. and maga ships where in Australia. we cant even build a fking farm tractor.. and with toyota and ford gone, holden is now basicly a korean company. we lost all our manufactor industry, and can seem to have anyone new pop up... and most our boat builder take half to 2 year for a new boat... how the hell u guys talk.rubbish about china😂 we definitly need to do something.

would you ever build in China again? I am sure you saved money, but did you in the end?
with one off, it will teach you to build Australian, it may cost more, but in the long haul it will be good and most likely cheaper
Can't expect amazing with a one off when you get cheap labour in China. Better off to buy second hand if you don't have the budget.

Final payment Cash on Delivery, sailed to Aus with owners and Chinese and Aus technicians onboard. Obviously the vessel cant sail till it is seaworthy, and then the list of issues can be compiled in transit, fixing as they go.
