Just wanted to say next time you see Dean tell him thanks alot for all the help. I have a pair of black rams equivalent to deans quality that came out of Toronto have had 2 spawns so far with the parents eating the eggs going to pull the next batch

He thinks so practical. Who else but dean would plan a rack a few inches above the rest to push his changing hoses underneath. And have interchangeable gravel vac pipes

Great job on this video, Bob! For real. You got some amazing details of Dean's fish room that I don't ever remember seeing on the Co-Op channel. Everyone knows how organized Dean is, but this video highlights it even more. The man has a plan for every contigency and is so amazingly detail oriented. He really has a talent for it. I don't think you can chalk it all up to experience in my opinion.
I hope Dani learned a lot and comes up with clever ideas for her fish shed. It's always good to see Dani on here, just cause she's awesome.

Dean, you’re not crazy, I plumb up most of the tanks up in my house on 2 different floors to a water change system. If you know how run the plumbing, why not. Makes life waaaaaaay easier. I’d have fewer, smaller tanks if I didn’t auto water change.

Loved the A. borellii I was able to breed them recently but I have the "Opals". I did now know that Dean had Borellii too. Nice! So what is the model of the camera that you used? I saw it in this video a few times. I would like to know if you are happy with it.

*"They will get them and kill them"* If/When Bob starts shipping the Rams do a "How to not kill your rams" vid .. I know co-op has done a couple vids on them a year or two ago, but if your going to ship should do a full fool proof vid on your channel. ..and yes, I too want Dean's rams!
Awesome now I'm set on getting a finnex for my next 2 40gal setups. Now I just have to decide whether I want the Stingray 2 or the Planted Plus for $20 more. I like that the planted plus has the green leds..... Now I'm stuck..... Ha

Holy smokes i can only breed the black rams but am not as good as Dean, and maybe never will, but I will never stop either😁
Don't feel bad, I care about you Bob...! Don't get me wrong, Dean is cool too, but our water is too hard for his rams... Bolivian rams are the only ones that I've had any luck with, I've become fairly good at making them for our local stores... I did invest in an RO/DI system from BRS... It's a 7-stage water saver, so maybe I'll be able to keep some Germans, golds & midnight rams alive for more than 2 weeks...! Before the Ro water, just about all of my cichlid eggs would just calcify and not hatch, now with about 70/30% mix of RO/Tap water... Thanks for more free education...! I'm lovin' it...! Keep up your awesomeness and go enjoy some nature today...!!!
What would the aquarium world do without the invention of silicon rubber to seal all their tanks with? I can remember when we only had window putty to do the job.

Wow! One comment: gate valves are typically used for open/shut requirements. Globe valves are used for throttling.
