Beautiful Just picked one up. It is up close and personal. My reason for it. Great pocket gun. Love your vids. Carried BIG guns for ever. I’m old now. This fits the bill …thanks again.
You are most welcome my friend. It takes a little getting used to these little derringers, but they are pretty accurate with a little practice. I want to thank you for watching take care and have a wonderful night👍👍👍👍
Been helping a buddy of mine doing survey work this summer and purchased one of these to carry for all these dern copperheads that east Tennessee has been covered up in this summer. Solid, well built gun. 👍
Thanks for the info on that my friend. I made a little tool to pop those out with works pretty good. But I’ve never really had a problem as long as you keep it pretty clean. I want to thank you for watching take care and have a great night thank you👍👍👍
@@TheWalkWithAl yep definitely had my Kimber micro 9 have issues too. Got both not far apart from each other. I sent my kimber back thurs and got it fixed and back Tuesday.
Yes sir they are 230 Grain we Was filming another video before this one and I got messed up I didn’t notice it until after we had already put the video out and we apologize Four the mistake I appreciate you watching and always I appreciate your comments
@@TheWalkWithAl Thanks All I thought that was the case. I was thinking of getting the 9mm version, how is the recoil with the 45ACP? I’ve got smaller lady like hands and I’m curious about the left recoil of the 45? Thanks again, that was a great practical review.
It’s got a pretty good little punch I hear that The 9mm is not bad at all we’re trying to get the 357 mag and the 9mm barrel so we can do a review on it the 357 should be here sometime next week I don’t know about the 9mm but I also like the 9mm just like that round I appreciate your comment
Really like shooting the ones I have takes a little getting used to because it is different but with a little practice you could be pretty accurate with these little Derringer‘s. I appreciate you watching my friend you take care and be safe and have a wonderful day
They take a little bit of getting used to but once you do they’re pretty accurate I appreciate you watching you take care and have a wonderful night thank you👍
They highly do not recommend shooting plus P ammunition. These little Derringer’s are built like a tank I don’t know why they would. But bond arms does not recommend it. If you get a chance to shoot yours. Let me know how you like it. I would love to hear from you. I really appreciate you watching. Take care and have a wonderful day.👍👍👍👍
Pretty good little shooting Derringer takes a little getting used to Because they are a little different I appreciate you watching and you have a wonderful evening
Yes it was 230 grain I was doing two videos one with the 9 mm and the other with the 45 and, just got messed up But I’m glad you caught that I appreciate your comment and I thank you for watching
I have actually got a video out on the 357 magnum It’s listed under bond arms ranger snakes Slayer 4. Check it out. I appreciate you watching my friend take care and have a great night👍
I want a .45 ACP Bond Derringer, but have a couple questions. I got rid of my Seacamp .32 ACP because it as horrible to shoot and would bang my finger in the trigger guard, but the Bond Derringer is a larger gun so i would not expect that to happen. How hard it is on your hand to shoot the .45 ACP Bond? I am not planning on hundreds of rounds but might like to shoot up to 50 in one range session. Also, I assume the rifling in the barrel goes all the way back to the chamber. Do these make clean holes in targets or do they keyhole (tumbling)?
I have the roughneck in 45 acp and the recoil is definitely there but not horrible. I am thinking it's going to have substantially more recoil than a 32 acp. I will right thumb a little banged up sometimes because the grips are small and I end up resting it near the somewhat jagged edge of the gun. I haven't noticed any keyholing with the 45 acp but I have heard of it happening with 38s and 45 colts. Perhaps keyholing wouldn't be bad for up close defensive work...
@@scottphipps3577 I ended up getting the Bond Derringer in the .45 Colt/.410 and like it a lot. 50 rounds of .45 Colt in 250 grain had my arm sore for a day, but I have some 180 grain cowboy loads that are really soft shooting. I since got a .38 Special/.357 Magnum barrel. Also, satisfied my urge for .45 ACP with a 1911 pistol and just love it. Its like a tractor.
@@InlinePaul Nice man. They may be considered a niche gun, but I have to say, I'm pretty pleased with my roughneck so far. Definitely fits the bill for very discreet carry.
Yes it was 230 grain done too many videos that day Thought he getting a 38 mixed up with the 45 I apologize for that thank you for watching and you have a wonderful day
It does pack a punch but want to get used to it it’s not that bad and with a little practice you can get pretty accurate with those little derringer and they’re built like a tank and I think they would last you two lifetimes. I appreciate you watching. And you have a wonderful evening
Just getting started having a lot of fun I’ve been out at the range in shooting And getting to talk to the lot of Nice people thank you for your comment
That would be awesome. Really enjoyed shooting these bond, arms dangers. Just to actually see what they’re capable of. I want to thank you for watching my friend you take care and have a wonderful day.👍👍👍👍
I've done the break in. 25 to 200 Rnds, shoot bottom barrel first every time. Aim lower for top barrel. 45 acp. And there is a video guy doing these things. Was hitting gong to 55 yes. Hickock 45 hitting gong 80 to 100 yds
We’ve been working on that for some reason The sound is great before we put it on and when we download it two UA-cam studios then seem like it scrambled but we’re working on this problem. I really appreciate you watching and your patience you take care be safe and have a great day thank you👍👍👍

Yes sir it is Great little derringer Thanks for watching appreciate it
This was a fun video to watch. Your rock dude.
Good looking little gun. You keep the videos coming.😃😃😃
Thank you I’ll Try to keep them rolling
There is a cut out on one side where the bullets sit that you can use a empty .45 casing to pull the casings out if they don't just fall out
Thanks for the info on that my friend. I made a little tool to pop those out with works pretty good. But I’ve never really had a problem as long as you keep it pretty clean. I want to thank you for watching take care and have a great night thank you👍👍👍
I got my new one in, my first one had failure to fires. They said it was out of spec and had to send me another gun. Yet to try it out.
