Hello Jamie, In Brazil, we call it Psicografia. We have it in three ways: mecânico (medium doesn't know what's being written and spirit totally controls the hand), a mix between intuitive and mechanical, and that is when the medium has the impulse but is aware of what's happening and has the suggestions and the intuitive when you are inspired from the spirit but you have total control of your hand and aware of the message. It is like someone suggests information in your head. I love your video! Take care.

amora blessing For some people they will hear the message or even see it before it’s written on paper. But automatic writing is like you said, not for the mind to process.

I've done automatic writing for years without even realising that it had a name & for me, I get words as if I'm writing a story & it's just flowing, but as Jamie said, your mind isn't processing it or stepping in to question it. It's hard to explain but I hope my experience helps a little. 😘❤️ You'll know when it's Spirit... Trust! ❤️

When I auto write, I seem to be on auto pilot with someone who always says “Love you” but it wont answer questions or say who it is.
