The Taptic Engine is really one of apple greatest most underrated features. The vibration feels so high quality while normal vibration motors feel pretty cheap in comparison

As an Android user, the two things keeping me from switching are the lack of USB-C and the lack of any high-quality Bluetooth audio codecs (e.g. aptX, LDAC). The Taptic Engine is seriously impressive in use though; it amazes me how tapping that home button genuinely feels like there's a real physical button in there!
I had this phone for a month, switched back to my beloved Motorola, and hated how easily hacked and slow it was to respond. Back to the SE and much happier now

@@Tevon93 A standard part of Apple repair is to wipe the device, even if completely unnecessary and usually they just throw (expensive) parts at it which might not even fix the problem. There are a few reasons you might want to go to someone who does component level repair instead of just replacing the whole thing.
one more thing on the haptic: The “Click” On the iphone 7 and above is actully just a haptic vibration. It never clicks down. Its a stationary plate thats glued to the screen of the phone. It just detects pressure and thermal heat to see if it is a fingerprint pressing or just a key in your pocket. Also when you get a notification and your phone is in your pocket it never turns on. It waits until you pick it up
It isn't the software, the battery is horribly small. Every phone has 4k maH this has 1800. This is more efficient but only to an extent. Also the charging slow

I'm getting an iphone XR next week. I like samsung, but they need to do two things to get me back: make apple accessories more compatible (to the best of their ability), make their own operating system, and distance themselves from google as much as possible. I'm partly buying apple cause I hate google and just don't want to give them money where I don't have to, and I also want to support innovative companies such as apple, as opposed to samsung which is too big to give a damn. Apple listens to customers more than samsung does, and that's saying a lot about samsung, because even apple isn't the greatest with listening to customers.

Google makes far more on their phones than they do on UA-cam (UA-cam is the opposite of profitable due to the shear amount of UA-camrs being paid to make content.) so there’s also that.

From the Rotating camera, to the folding display on the galaxy fold. Apple definitely has some innovation in their products but not as much as Samsung. The latest innovation that Apple has given us was the frosted glass on the 11 pro/ max, and the Flat front display on the 12 series. The 13 series is literally no different from the 12 series, aside from the smaller notch. I like both companies though.

For all of you wondering: I have used the SE (the one that he is doing) since a week after it came out. ITS THE BEST PHONE I 100% recomend even if your a Andorid user looking at an iPhone trust me its worth it!
Personally, I love the custom vibrations. There are different “tones” for texts or app notifications, and I love how I can create custom vibrations for my different contacts.
I’m going to be buying this phone soon. I’m currently using a Samsung Galaxy J3 from 2016 and it’s time for an upgrade. This is the only iPhone I can afford and even at it’s cheap price point it’s still expensive. There’s no way I can afford their brand new phones, so I’ll take what I can get. I really appreciate that they have this option for people who can’t afford a $1000+ phone.

From the Rotating camera, to the folding display on the galaxy fold. Apple definitely has some innovation in their products but not as much as Samsung. The latest innovation that Apple has given us was the frosted glass on the 11 pro/ max, and the Flat front display on the 12 series. The 13 series is literally no different from the 12 series, aside from the smaller notch. I like both companies though.

Samsung has better batteries than apple tho. Apple’s batteries have to be replaced because they are bad and have short lives. Samsung’s last longer and and are perfected in every way and can be permanent.

@@khoado2060 my battery has lasted 10 minutes without going down. Only when I would charge it with my charger it would go down. Certain types will do that I think.

I have used the SE (the one that he is doing) since a week after it came out. ITS THE BEST PHONE I 100% recomend even if your a Andorid user looking at an iPhone trust me its worth it!
Personally, I love the custom vibrations. There are different “tones” for texts or app notifications, and I love how I can create custom vibrations for my different contacts.

I’m going to be buying this phone soon. I’m currently using a Samsung Galaxy J3 from 2016 and it’s time for an upgrade. This is the only iPhone I can afford and even at it’s cheap price point it’s still expensive. There’s no way I can afford their brand new phones, so I’ll take what I can get. I really appreciate that they have this option for people who can’t afford a $1000+ phone.
