🔹Ingredients🔹
Dough:
✔Milk (warm) - 150 ml.
✔ Yeast - 5 g dry or 15 g fresh.
✔Sugar - 60 g.
✔Vanilla - to taste.
✔Vegetable oil - 60 g.
✔Salt - 1/3 tsp.
✔Egg - 1 pc.
✔Wheat flour - 370-400 g.
Filling:
✔Butter - 40 g.
✔Ground nuts (I have peanuts and walnuts) - 120 g.
✔Sugar - 70 g.
✔Cinnamon - 1 tsp. (optional).
✔I greased the finished pie with sugar syrup. You can use honey or leave it as is.
✔More love and good mood (required).
🕒 Bake at 180°C/356 F for an average of 25-30 minutes. The exact baking time depends on your oven.
