Agree with comment above same thing just 2 cameras and color doesn’t look much brighter. These UA-camrs really make it seem like it’s a huge upgrade and I was a sucker.
This is a fantastic option for RGB around the display but that camera would drive me bonkers. It’s all I would see. I wish they could pull this off without the camera mounted to the tv and maybe have it on a console or back of a center channel speaker under the display
After a littel while you don't see the camera anymore. Trust me. But the effects are so great to have. Just try the old set when it's cheap. You won't be disappointed.
@@petermulder7480 I have Philips Hue on a couple displays. I recently bought wire channel and painted it the color of my wall to hide one hdmi cable. It drove me bonkers. The least little distraction would take my eyes off the display
The camera should plug into the arm by a USB micro socket, so you choose to simply plug the cable directly into the camera without all the arm/caddy. I'd just place the camera on my cabinet looking up at the TV. Far more subtle than a big ugly arm hanging over the top of the TV.
I use the T1 Pro (H605B) with Oled 65 inch and I see no difference compared to the T2 model (maybe with a larger TV size the difference would be noticeable). Great video and content! I've recently dived into these immersion kits and really enjoy them. Unfortunately, my camera is set up similarly to yours, but my camera mount/wire creates a shadow from the lighting above the top of my TV. I just can't wrap my head around why mine is affected in that manner and yours isn't, haha! Am I overlooking something obvious?
I'm probably going to end up mounting the camera underneath my TV or soundbar - they're both mounted. It's just going to be a hassle to do so since I'd have to undo my cable management and unhook the TV again.
Also, one final thing. Recently moved my seating around and if you sit to the far left, you can see part of the lighting strip (barely). Just enough to ruin the immersion. If I move that part of the section a smudge towards the center, is the adhesive durable enough to 'reuse' in a sense? Thanks again.
How far is your tv from the wall? I have the same TV and the back is 2 inches from the wall. Is this enough distance for the LEDs? Thank you in advance.
