His voice is as good as ever. Late for the Sky will always be one of my favorite albums.
WOW! Jackson Browne makes getting older seem not so bad.
We all have to accept it and move farther on💕
Yes, delusion is a sign of ageing.
Can't Edit:
Primary comment:
Love the Band,
And the Frontman.
Guy on far left?
Don't need nobody?
Is that a 180?
Still handsome
I'm named after this guy, that's how much my Dad loves his music.
I also have a son named Jackson. Not entirely because of Jackson Browne, but he was definitely an influence in the choice.
So is my grandson. Jackson Taylor ( yes, James). My kids have excellent taste in music (I like to think I had some influence)
If I named my son Jackson, he would be Jackson Jackson!
great name...
Nice
Jackson is looking sassy as ever. What a great
gift to see him dance around a stage again.
I saw him at Blossom. It was roughly 100 years ago.
Dancing?? He was standing still the whole time 😳
I just adore all the smiles going around this stage. Clearly everyone's happy to be playing live again!
Especially Jackson's smile in the beginning. It's like "We're free now!"
Yea and that they’re making money again 🤡
I love Jackson brown...my dad was playing his music when I was 7 years old...I'm 52 now....just lost dad right before Christmas....I miss you dad and I will forever. 💔💔💞💞💞💞
The Pretender will always be my favourite song of his even though I lived in Cleveland and loved my time there.
Yea, he still sounds like 1985. It’s quite spooky.
@@jonaswhite5842 I was going to say.....isn't it a trip how we get older but our voices sound the same......lol
@Suzanne 💖💐
Suzanne, my daughter lost her Dad in November. Jacksons music is the soundtrack of her life and the thread that continues to bind her to him even now
❣️JACKSON!
Hello dear how are you doing over there?
Wow, he still sounds fantastic after all these years. Great performance!
I STILL am LOVING that Jackson & The Boys were on Kimmel in this Century! The decades have flown but the best remain.💗🎶
ANYONE who knows me knows how I feel about Jackson Browne . I fell in love with him in the beginning. He is right up there with Dylan in writing.
He’s 10 times better than Dylan.
And JD Souther❤️
@@juliemgates Dylan's voice killed all my plants in the 70s.

Looks like Jackson’s really enjoying himself out there… good to see. Sounds just as good as the studio version.
Enjoy every minute JB
His live performances are excellent.
Think this was the studio version.
They filmed it.
Canned it.
And had MB pay for it.
Yea!!!
I love it.
@@bobjones9600 Looks live to me. They are on a television stage.

Jackson Browne forever! Loved his music then and love it now!
Hello dear how are you doing over there ?
How are you doing? How long have you been my fan?
I saw him in Las Vegas August 2019 where he sang "Take it Easy" which he co-wrote with Glen Frey. Two days later My wife and I drove to Winslow Arizona and stopped by Standing on the Corner Park where there are two statues of his and Glenn Frey's likeness.
Thanks for your love and support I appreciate ❤ how long have you been a Fan?
JB was a stud in 65 (17). And a stud in 69 (21). Now in 2021. My best friend turned me on to Jackson in the early 70's. I proposed to my wife at a JB concert in Dallas in 1983. Our kiddos feel like a JB concert is an occasion for an entire family gathering.
simply amazing how he just keeps on going.....been following JB since high school and Im 62 now!!!!
I’m his exact age and been a huge fan since 1972 probably before but didn’t know it back then!
Hello dear how are you doing over there?
He lives right down the road here in Hawaii Nei....I grew up on Jackson Brown...🙌🏾💕🌈🌺🌴🤙🏾
Absolute brilliance as usual....
Fantastic, tight, entertaining.
What a beautiful soul! I've been listening to Jackson since 1976. My daughter was born the next year. She loves his music, and my grandkids are listeners of his poetry combined with music.
I had tickets to see him and James Taylor, but covid shot that to hell.
Thank you, Jackson, for the decades of beautiful songs that anyone can relate to, and speaks to the deepest part of the soul.
Going to see him in October with James Taylor. CAN'T WAIT.
Where?
Me too👍

I've been listening to Jackson since I was little. He's been one of my favorite musicians for over 20 years. There's something truly special about him and his music.
Same here, but been listening for over 40 years for me. Listening never gets old.

That is some excellent camera work!
Fun fact: The tall dude (co-singing and playing the Tele) is Val McCallum, son of actor David McCallum who was in the 60's show "The Man From U.N.C.L.E." and the one who played the "alien" in the classic Outer Limits episode, "The Sixth Finger."
Thanks for that bit.
Val also just released a great album with the incredible Bow Thayer and Greg Wells called Beau Bow De Lune
Omg, I never knew that!
David McCallum is probably better known to the younger folks for his work on the long running series NCIS.
Wow, I used to watch "The Man From U.N.C.L.E". That was a great show.

I’m no expert, but this sounds like a hit.
In 1978 maybe, but people are no longer discerning enough to understand this sort of music (unlike they come from Arkansas or some other backwater hick place). Personally, I love the style and the slide guitar is sublime.

Still happening after all these years!!
❤️ superb
Browne is almost unrecognizable under that beard, but he's still an epic songwriter and performer.
I think he really missed playing in front of people. Through lockdown he posted videos of him playing at his home studio but there is something about playing for actual people. It's like lifeblood for some musicians.
Still the same. After all these years.
Yes.
The same.
Is that kinda like:

No, their "sound" is a little different.
