In 2019 there were only 3 Anti-LGBTQ bills introduced in state legislatures. So far in 2023 there are 123 Anti-LGBTQ bills introduced. State legislatures have introduced four times as many health care-related anti-LGBTQ bills and twice as many education-related bills so far in 2023 than they did in all of 2022. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas has suggested that the decision upholding gay marriage should also be reconsidered after overturning Roe v. Wade. Health Care, Education, Marriage...just a few things. Protected Class my Ass!
