I do my art for my pleasure. Here in later years I use art to help me with arthritic pain. More than anything the art helps me reduce my anxiety. These two things fall to background when I am in the zone. I am so busy creating and enjoying the process nothing else matters. Thank you for your tutorial. Have a nice weekend ❤😊
Thanks for including a pep talk in this video… I needed to hear it. The last attempt I made was a total bomb and I pulled it out of the sketchbook in frustration.. not thinking in the moment that my deer on other side of the paper was being crushed as well. Grr; gotta start again… maybe with a leaf!
Ohhhhh nooooooo!!! Oh that’s heartbreaking! But don’t sweat it-I’ve been there and am pretty sure that’s why I rarely paint on the back of things😬🥰 The plus side-now you have 2 zen sessions of painting ahead, should you choose to tackle these again! ❤️❤️

Hi JoAnne! Isn’t it so wonderful to get lost in the process? Sure beats arthritic cream!😊 Have a wonderful week and hope you have lots of time for art therapy today!

Joanne, I couldn’t agree more! Painting centers my day as well--much better than any arthritic pain cream can!!
