In my opinion, Salman sir's most aesthetic physique was in "Tumko Naa Bhool Paayenge" . Even the Antagonist Inder Kumar sir was looking phenomenal as well, even considering current physique standards.

To put things into simple,Salman Khan has never dropped to low level body fat nor looked jacked with veins on his abs like the steriod users for 3-4 months which itself sums up that he is natural who is carrying that muscle mass from last 2-3 decades with pretty much similar physique from the longest time.

Salman has never used steroids for sure because he looks the same throughout the year whenever you see him for example see hritik or Srk they transform using roids and they go back to normal but Salman is usually the same throughout
Hrithik has never seemed to gain muscle mass...He has lost some muscle mass during "Krrish 3", owing to his being fat for slip disc injury...He also has been in the leanest form of his life in the movie...In war, he has been softer...I don’t think that he has used any PED or steroids...

He is a martial artist. It is very different from what bodybuilding is. And salman is not even a bodybuilder. Salman carried an aesthetic physique in his younger days with some good visibility kf abs(by maintaining 14-15% bodyfat)

Why not just go on a TRT dose? A lot of people in foreign countries go to TRT clinics after a certain age , get their bloodwork done and the doctor recommends them a dose of test/week as he sees fit. It can certainly improve quality of life by a lot and I think that our country is a lot behind in regard to these fields.

Salman Khan's real transition was in 1995-1997. He packed on a lot of muscle mass in these 2 years. Compare him from Hum Aapke Hai Kaun (1994) to Pyar Kiya Toh Darna Kya (1997). Nobody can pack on that sort of muscle mass in just 2 years without steroids on such a tight work schedule. Note that actors in those days were busier than today.
Salman Khan never had a great body or anything. He is the first Bollywood actor to promote bodybuilding that is the reason people consider him fitness icon. He never had that bodybuilder look though his physique has always been impressive. Actual bodybuilding started with John Abraham. John Abraham is the only actor who carried the bodybuilder look with perfect abs and muscle definition.
