I brought this printer, the ink will not go into the eco tank help pls it seems to be coming out from under and no going inside the eco tank.

I would like to help you but don't know what actually problem is . i may be able to resolve it or i identify the fault . if I see it in person . this kind of problem herd first time .may be there is leakage for the tank . u should call the service centre . they will help you for sure .you can google on Epson website .... i hope this may help you .. the one I bought is working fine and the ink still is still on same level and we use it alot for school purpose ....

If it's windows go to settings, add printers wirelessly on the same network were printer is connected,follow the instructions as u set up . Still if not getting set ,than download drivers for printer model and good to go. Actually u get a installation cd with the printer if u have a drive for your note book than is another way to set up

it could mean service required . u need to open up and check if any ribbon cable inside has come out from the connector need to put it back and will work find

Recently bought an Epson ink tank printer. Total rubbish. If it's not used for even a few days it ceases to print cleanly and must be put through a cleaning cycle to clean up the heads to get a legible copy. Waste of time, waste of ink, waste of paper and a waste on money spent on this rubbish machine.

I have same printer, but set up with sublimation ink, the ink charging will NOT draw the ink through the tubes.... please note this is brand new unpacked today so line can't possibly be clogged???
