One of my screws on latch became loose, so I tried tightening it back up, however, unlike the other screw which tightens fully and feels more snug, this loose screw just continues spinning and never fully tightens. And so when I use the clippers again, within a minute or so, the screw just becomes loose again, making loud noise. What could be the problem here exactly? Could the screw slot be worn inside or something, making the screw not be able to fully grip the threads?
