Salt, pepper, rosemary, sage and cumin. Can't go wrong
Fun fact: Livers are so nutrient dense because nutrients that are absorbed in the small intestine travel directly to the liver via the hepatic portal vein and are then stored in the liver stored any toxins present are removed! @@jacobfrancen9029 yup that's why the milk is important. It leeches out whatever pee\toxins are present
Actually the toxins aren't the problem. It the very high cholesterol and the very high vitamin A level in liver that the person consuming it has to worry about. Your body can't metabolize those when consumed frequently. The added cholesterol causes strokes and heart attacks. The high vitamin A causes toxicity which can in mild form cause discomfort and at worst organ failure or death.

Sergent Gilbert's eyes are so wide because he's witness the abuse the fridge goes through daily, but has no ability to say anything
Looks delicious bro. I love how you punish the fridge at the end... so awesome 😅
When are the best livers you could ever eat is when the deer is been munching on that sagebrush absolutely fantastic
It's scary that other people know little thing about how awesome is this food. I lived in the Philippines and theres a store near us that selling cook food. this dish is on the menu and I swear at one point I have a one week stretch of just eating this food for lunch
Same i was with my grandparents (native American) im surprisingly 80% native American mohawk bear from six nations to be exact and I was the only one who'd get seconds of liver and onions and thats my grandpas favourites so we'd have it 4 times a week sometimes which was awesome. Such a delicious meal i want some now
@tsogtlol Filipino here, while liver is one of my favourite dishes, the imagery does dampen my appetite somewhat and not thinking about it helps out.
Tastes like a piece of iron
Peruvian here, I think Spaniards left us (and Filipinos) their taste for the liver. Properly fried is delicious.
I'm from Kazakhstan and we eat liver here as well, it's very delicious and great for your health! But the difference between this man's cooking liver and us is we fry it properly and don't want any pink inside

Butter makes everything better!!
The bitterness is actually what I like about liver. When shit’s just right… oh you in for a treat
Just not a fan of the texture
same!
@@brandon4391 what's that like? I've never had liver before. I heard that it'd kinda grainy.
And the dryness
@@IndraD how cooked is your liver? :0
