    Fried liver is very yummy, I especially like it with a thick onion sauce based on a baked sauce on some mashed potatoes garnished with fried onions and fresh spring onion, or with a similar parsley sauce also from a baked sauce which goes really well with freshly dug potatoes with skin still on them, and a dash of lemon on the meat.. ohh yes, very yummy!
    Just writing about it makes my drool run.. Not that this looks bad, it looks really good, though perhaps more of a family meal than a one-guy meal, but then I'm not one to judge from anything but how much my own stomach can bear to hold :D

      А что это за луковый соус ? Может подскажите?😊

    • @GronTheMighty
      @GronTheMighty Рік тому +2

      @@leonidplyatt Well, you cut up some onions in slices or half-slices, fry them up in butter, add some spices like at least salt and pepper, maybe thyme and allspice as well, then you add some water to thin it out, bring it to a boil, and then when it's reached boiling you bring the heat down a bit so it doesn't keep boiling, and add a thickening agent, most people use a mixture of potato starch and milk/cream that's been vigorously shaken to mix it up good before adding it to the warm sauce to thicken it, then you should end up with a nice and creamy onion sauce, yumm 😋
      Some people simply add regular baking flour directly to the sauce after bringing it down from boiling, and that works fine too as far as thickening goes, but it's a bit easier to control the potato starch mixture not making the sauce get all clumpy - similarly, some people prefer to use skimmed milk instead of water to thin it out with, and that works too, basically you can vary a sauce like this in a zilion ways and most of the time it'll turn out good 😉

    Так аккуратно все делает 😊❤
    Хочу от себя добавить, что печень лучше резать тонко , для этого ее надо подморозить . В конце полить уксусной водичкой и посыпать петрушкой ❤❤

    Печень очень люблю. Я представляю какой вкус у этой свежей печени, да ещё и буйвола. Печень получилась очень сочной, мягкой и уверен невероятно вкусной !✅🙂👍

    LOVE LIVER.
    I soak mine in milk for about 30-60 minutes, then dredge it in seasoned flour (just salt and pepper)and let sit for at least 10 minutes. Gotta let it sit or the flour won't set.
    The fry it in HOT oil (350F or so) for about 20 seconds each side.
    Top it with some thinly sliced red onion and serve with some sunny side up eggs and you'll never have a better breakfast than that!
